Publication number: 20190032961Abstract: In accordance with the principals of the present invention, a furnace unit adapted to be installed in-line with a fuel source of a furnace modulates natural gas or propane to reduce fuel consumption, minimize temperature overshoot, and reduce furnace short cycling. A modulator is contained with the furnace unit. The modulator is in gaseous communication with the in-line gas fuel source. A furnace sensor senses furnace criteria related to the operation of the furnace. A microcontroller receives from the furnace sensor furnace criteria and controls the modulator based on the furnace criteria. In a further aspect of the invention, an environmental sensor can be provided to sense environmental criteria related to the operation of the furnace. In a further aspect of the invention, a base unit in electrical communication with the furnace unit can be provided, the base unit determining energy consumption usage and savings.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 31, 2017Publication date: January 31, 2019Inventors: Christopher J. Publication number: 20150193136Abstract: A method for generating a graphical representation of a customer-service interaction includes storing a library of predefined graphical elements and information defining a plurality of placement zones for use in image compositing. The method also includes receiving one or more custom graphical elements that are associated with a specified employer and selections that identify a group of selected graphical elements. The group of selected graphical elements includes one or more of the predefined graphical elements and one or more of the custom graphical elements. Each graphical element from the group of graphical elements is associated with a respective placement zone from the plurality of placement zones. A composite image including each selected graphical element is generated with the graphical elements positioned according to respective placement zones. The composite image can be stored at the server and output for display.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 17, 2015Publication date: July 9, 2015Inventors: ERIC KROHNER, CHRIS CUNNINGHAM, RICHARD STUHLSATZ, MATTHEW LEESE
