Abstract: Generally described, aspects of the disclosed subject matter are directed to portable gaming, entertainment, and media cases. The case generally includes an enclosure having a base and a lid hingedly coupled to the base. The lid includes a video display and is pivotable between an open position, such that the display is viewable, and a closed position. The enclosure includes a retaining bracket to form a console chamber partially surrounding and retain a gaming, media, or other console. The case includes one or more interface panels with communication ports accessible with the lid in the open position. The enclosure may be configured to maintain electrical communication between the first interface panel and the video display while the lid pivots between the open and closed positions. The enclosure may include a power supply for providing electrical power to at least one of the video display, the interface panels, and the console.
