  • Patent number: 9866689
Abstract: A campaign strategy manager (CSM) component for a hosted communications campaign system allows users to define more granular and specific campaign strategies, including pass escalation for alternative channels (e.g., text and email) and/or based upon attempt results, contact attributes and response group data. The campaign strategy manager allows users to define pass strategies statically and dynamically, to manage lists across multiple campaigns, and to view results in real-time. A defined strategy is a static strategy created by a user for a particular campaign that, once created, typically is not modified. A dynamic strategy is one where, during the course of a day (e.g., as a sub-campaign is running), a user may alter the defined strategy, preferably just for that day (or portion thereof). The CSM may be used to implement a recovery strategy using a dialer pass.

  • Patent number: 6428869
Abstract: A sheet or strip of discreet magnets disposed on a common backing and a method of manufacturing a plurality of discreet magnets detachably adhered to a common backing is provided. The method includes the passing of a magnetic substrate that is detachably adhered to a common backing in front of a die. The die is equipped with an internal ejector so that when the die is moved towards the substrate and the cutting edge of the die cuts the substrate, an internal ejector engages the cut portion of the substrate that forms a cut magnet. As the die is withdrawn from the substrate, the ejector maintains a pressing engagement against the cut magnet to prevent the cut magnet from being pulled off of the backing. A similar apparatus may be provided for a stripper disposed outside of the die to prevent waste substrate from being pulled off of the backing as the die is removed. Both the stripper and internal ejector are pulled off of the magnetic material after the die has been successfully removed.

  • Patent number: 6273660
Abstract: A flexible magnetic insert for a magazine or a periodical is provided which may be bound directly into the magazine or periodical and which provides a plurality of individual magnetized advertisements or coupons that can be removed and placed upon a metal surface such as a refrigerator or file cabinet. The magnetized sheet includes advertising, informational or decorative indicia on both its top and bottom sides. The sheet is perforated so that the individualized advertisements or coupons can be easily separated. The present invention provides an improved means for distributing magnetized advertisements and coupons.
