Patent number: 10933983Abstract: A torque link assembly for a shock strut includes an upper torque link that is selectively retained in a stowed position when uncoupled from a lower torque link. The upper torque link includes first and second coaxial lugs that rotatably couple the upper torque link to an alignment feature. A latch mechanism includes a latch fitting rotatably coupled to either the upper torque link or the alignment feature. The latch mechanism further includes a stop fitting fixedly coupled to the other of the upper torque link and the alignment feature. The latch fitting engages the stop fitting to maintain the upper torque link in the stowed position. At least one of the latch fitting and stop fitting is positioned between the first and second lugs of the upper torque link.Type: GrantFiled: August 1, 2017Date of Patent: March 2, 2021Assignee: Safran Landing Systems Canada Inc.Inventors: Vladimir Dubrovsky, Peter Yu, Chris Bryant

Patent number: 8755784Abstract: Subscriber input detected via a wireless communication device for initiating network provisioning of the wireless communication device is presented herein. A method can include receiving, via an interface of a wireless communication device, a first input from a subscriber of a wireless service associated with the wireless communication device; sending, by the wireless communication device based on the first input from the subscriber, a request for provisioning the wireless communication device via a wireless network associated with the wireless service; and outputting, via the interface of the wireless communication device, a first message including a condition for the provisioning the wireless communication device via the wireless network based on the request. In an example, the method can further include receiving, based on the request, the condition from a component of the wireless network.Type: GrantFiled: April 22, 2013Date of Patent: June 17, 2014Assignee: AT&T Intellectual Property I, L.P.Inventors: Simon James Richardson, Louis Ascoli, Chris Bryant, James Jackson, Eric Morris, Melanie Swierstra, Qun Wei, David Wrobleski

Patent number: 8721120Abstract: An LED worklight includes a center core and a first panel and a second panel coupled to the center core. The first panel includes a first LED die package disposed within a first opening formed within the first panel and a first lens disposed over the first LED die package. The second panel includes features similar to the first panel. The second panel is rotatable around the center core from a zero degree closed orientation to about a 359 degree orientation, and is positionable at any intermediate angle therebetween. The first and second panels each include an attachment mechanism having an elastic band with a hook attached thereto. The attachment mechanisms are used to attach or hang the worklight to or around one or more objects. The attachment mechanisms are stored in the worklight such that the attachment mechanisms do not interfere with its operation when not in use.Type: GrantFiled: April 23, 2013Date of Patent: May 13, 2014Assignee: Cooper Technologies CompanyInventors: James Richard Christ, Chris Bryant

Patent number: 8620361Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus that facilitate effective routing of short message service (SMS) and multimedia messaging service (MMS) messages via short codes are presented herein. A group message component can be configured to receive a message transmitted via a wireless communications device, and determine whether the message comprises at least two addressees. A short code component can be configured to identify whether the at least two addressees are associated with at least one short code, and recognize whether the message comprises only text. A routing component can be configured to convert the message to an SMS message when the message comprises the at least two addressees, the at least two addressees are associated with the at least one short code, and the message comprises only text. Further, the routing component can be configured to route the SMS message to the at least one short code.Type: GrantFiled: December 8, 2009Date of Patent: December 31, 2013Assignee: AT&T Mobility II LLCInventors: Matthew Bailey, Chris Bryant, William Rosenberg
