Abstract: An apparatus, method, and system for federating grant management, project management, and funding in a web-based environment are disclosed. The apparatus, method, and system may include a module for receiving an electronic submissions of at least one grant proposal, a module for pestablishing a permission structure governing access to the at least one grant proposal, a module for providing a virtual collaboration space for the review process of the at least one grant proposal, a module for tracking a funding amount for the at least one grant proposal, a module for measuring statistical information based on parameters associated with the at least one grant proposal, and a module for generating reports based on the measured statistical information.
