Abstract: Techniques for generating a structured data container configured to receive and present data associated with third-party applications are described herein. The structured data container may be shared and embedded within multiple surfaces associated with the communication platform, such as collaborative documents, virtual spaces, channels, etc. In some examples, data presented in association with the structured data container may be updated based at least in part on a triggering event such that data presented in association with the structured data container is accurate and up to date. Additionally, techniques for generating templates with placeholders that can be utilized in a workflow are described herein.

Abstract: A method for diagnosing a battery system includes: determining, by a processor, first and second charge/discharge test environments providing complementary characteristics for performance degradation of the higher-level battery device exhibits by performing a charge/discharge test with respect to the higher-level battery device; performing, by the processor, a charge/discharge test with respect to the lower-level battery device under the first and second charge/discharge test environments to determine whether a test result matches the complementary characteristics under the first and second charge/discharge test environments; and deriving, by the processor, optimal operating conditions of the battery system in which the complementary characteristics under the first and second charge/discharge test environments are removed, upon determining that the test result of the charge/discharge test with respect to the lower-level battery device matches the complementary characteristics under the first and second charge

Abstract: Total ankle replacement (TAR) requires fixation of the tibial component to the tibia of a patient. and further requires fixation of the talar component to the talar of the patient. Disclosed herein are prosthetic implants that provide a high retention force to aid in preventing loosening after initial implantation. The prosthetic implant includes an expanding peg or post that allows the surgeon to expand the peg intraoperatively to apply radial pressure resulting in a wedged press fit that provides enhanced time zero fixation. As such. the present disclosure provides multiple fixation methods that allow for increased fixation during initial implantation of both the tibial and talar components in TAR surgery by providing dynamic compression between the prosthetic implant and the mating bone so that the prosthetic implant does not move or migrate after implantation.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates in some aspects to methods, cells, and compositions for preparing cells and compositions for genetic engineering and cell therapy. Provided in some embodiments are streamlined cell preparation methods, e.g., for isolation, processing, incubation, and genetic engineering of cells and populations of cells. Also provided are cells and compositions produced by the methods and methods of their use. The cells can include immune cells, such as T cells, and generally include a plurality of isolated T cell populations or types. In some aspects, the methods are capable of preparing of a plurality of different cell populations for adoptive therapy using fewer steps and/or resources and/or reduced handling compared with other methods.

Abstract: A method and/or technique for geolocation safety awareness is provided herein. When a user, having a client device, travels to a location, threats associated with that location may not be known to the user. To determine a safety of the location, the location of a client device may be determined. A search for safety information about the location may be performed, and a threat level may be determined based upon the safety information. When the threat level exceeds a threat threshold, a security operation may be performed. The security operation may comprise presenting a warning notice to the user and/or activating a security timer.
