  • Patent number: 10944857
Abstract: The disclosure provides methods and systems comprising an automated messaging system server operably connected to a mobile operator's network. The server receives a first message from a calling device that is addressed to a called device and comprises contents. The server reads the contents of the first message and determines a plurality of response message options, wherein at least one response message option is based on the contents. The server determines the date when the first message was received, and then, determines if the date falls in a specified date range. When the date falls in a specified range, the server includes a holiday response option in the plurality of response options. Then, the server prepares a first message package that includes the first message and response menu comprising the plurality of response options. The server sends the first message package to the called device.
