    Abstract: A dispensing system includes a container and a dispensing valve for dispensing fluid from the container. The container can be utilized in one of various positions and the dispensing valve includes plural spouts to accommodate the selected orientation of the container. The valve is designed to maintain the exit flow rate within a predetermined range regardless of the fluid pressure head within the container.
