  • Publication number: 20120297691
Abstract: A support apparatus for a frame of a utility access cover comprises a male support member and a female support member in telescopic engagement with male support member. The male support member has a plurality of spaced-apart, radially extending struts. The female support member has a plurality of spaced-apart slots. Each of the struts slideably engages a corresponding one of the slots to prevent rotation of the male support member relative to the female support member. There is a set screw extending from at least three of the struts. The height and inclination of the support apparatus may be adjusted by selectively adjusting the set screws.
