  • Publication number: 20230072588
Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods for producing a regenerated hydrogenation catalyst from a fouled hydrogenation catalyst having a total surface area and at least one associated impurity. The method can include maintaining contact between the fouled hydrogenation catalyst and a flushing medium that comprises water, oxygen, and an inert or diluent gas at a regeneration temperature and a regeneration pressure sufficient to remove at least a portion of the at least one impurity from the hydrogenation catalyst to produce the regenerated hydrogenation catalyst, where the regenerated hydrogenation catalyst is characterized as retaining at least 70% of the activity of the hydrogenation catalyst.

  • Patent number: 10774989
Abstract: A lubricant injector includes a body having an inlet at a first end fluidly coupleable to a lubricant source, an outlet, a delivery chamber coupled with the outlet and a bore defined by a substantially circular inner surface with a constant inner diameter and spaced axially from the body inlet, the bore having a first port fluidly connected with the body inlet and a second port disposed between the body inlet and the first port and fluidly connected with the delivery chamber. A generally circular cylindrical piston is disposed within the bore so as to divide the bore into an operating chamber fluidly coupled with the first port and a measuring chamber fluidly coupled with the second port and located axially between the operating chamber and the body first end. The piston has an outer circumferential slidably disposed against the bore inner surface and having a generally constant outside diameter.

  • Patent number: 10767813
Abstract: A lubricant injector includes a body having an inlet fluidly coupleable to a lubricant source, an outlet, and an elongated bore extending along an axis and having an outer end proximal to the body second end, a closed inner end spaced axially from the body first end, a first port, and a second port disposed generally between the bore closed end and the first port. A delivery chamber separate from the bore has an inlet port and an outlet port fluidly coupled with the body outlet. A piston disposed within the bore divides the bore into an operating chamber coupled with the first port and a measuring chamber coupled with the second port. The operating chamber is fluidly coupled with the inlet and the measuring chamber is located between the bore closed end and the operating chamber and is fluidly coupleable with the inlet and alternatively with the delivery chamber.

  • Patent number: 8103501
Abstract: The invention refers to a process and an arrangement for the generation of a signed text and/or image document, in particular a digital document for electronic sending and/or for electronic storage. The invention is characterized by the fact that the name and/or an image and/or any other representation of a person, for example a person code, is attached to the basic document in combination with an authentication certificate, wherein the authentication certificate is generated as the result of a voice analysis of the person performed in relation with generation of the document in terms of timing.

  • Patent number: 7733878
Abstract: The present invention is directed to methods and systems for implementing a DMA scheduling mechanism and a DMA system for transmission from fragmented buffers. According to an aspect of the present invention, a processor controls several devices via a polled interface to interleave DMA data transfers on different Input/Output (I/O) ports in an efficient manner. According to another aspect of the present invention, a system for handling transmission of network packets which are assembled from multiple memory buffers with different octet alignments is provided. The hardware/software combination allows efficient joining of packet fragments with differing octet alignments when the underlying memory system is word based, and further allows insertion of other data fields generated by a processor.

  • Patent number: 6112307
Abstract: A synchronizing circuit translates signals in a slow clock domain into a fast clock domain. The frequency of the slow clock is a submultiple of the fast clock frequency. A synchronizing pulse signal is developed at the frequency of the slow clock, but is phase synchronized to the fast clock. The synchronizing pulse signal is employed to gate the signal in the slow clock domain so that it is synchronized in the fast clock domain. In a system where the ratio between the fast clock frequency and slow clock frequency is determined by a frequency divisor signal, a snooping circuit is employed to capture the frequency divisor signal to achieve rapid synchronization between the clock domains.
