  • Publication number: 20190048795
Abstract: The present invention achieves technical advantages as an engine compartment drainage system that allows fluid on an engine deck to exit an engine compartment, while shielding fluid from airflow. A fluid drainage apparatus utilizes a funnel member to direct fluid to an external drain line. A drain shield circumscribes the top end of the funnel member and upwardly extending therefrom and directs airflow away from the funnel member. A plurality of deck holes are disposed in the drain shield, such that fluid on the deck can enter the funnel member and exit the engine compartment. A fluid drainage system, disposes the fluid drainage apparatus in an engine deck to allow fluid on the deck to enter a funnel member of the apparatus and direct it toward the external drain line.

  • Publication number: 20180315066
Abstract: The ELECTRONIC COUPON ISSUANCE AND REDEMPTION APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS (“ECIR”) transforms user coupon purchase and redemption request inputs via ECIR components into coupon issuance, transaction, and analytics outputs. In some embodiments, the ECIR may receive an inventory request from a coupon program manager, including at least a virtual coupon issue criteria. The ECIR may generate one or more account identifiers, and transmit the account identifiers to the coupon program manager. The ECIR may receive, from the coupon program manager, an issue request along with the purchase information, which may include one or more purchase identifiers corresponding to one or more buyers. The ECIR may determine when the received purchase information satisfies the virtual coupon issue criteria. when it satisfies the criteria, the ECIR may issue one or more virtual coupons having the one or more account identifiers, and transmit the issued virtual cards to the coupon program manager.

  • Patent number: 9999602
Abstract: A composition is provided comprising: (i) menthol, and (ii) a carrier comprising a digestible edible oil, wherein said digestible edible oil is one that provides a composition which is a liquid at 20° C. after rising to that temperature from a lower temperature at which the oil was previously semisolid. The preferred edible oil is a medium-chain triglyceride oil, wherein the level of menthol in the composition is between 1-50% by total weight, so as to provide an menthol application rate of between 5 and 20 mg of menthol, and most preferably, about 10 mg menthol, in a single droplet of the composition. The composition can also include additional added vitamins and essential oils. A liquid method for administering menthol is provided.

  • Publication number: 20170218735
Abstract: A downhole assembly can include screens along a length of a tubular member. Screens covering differing portions of a cross-sectional area of the tubular and less than an entirety of the cross-sectional area can be offset from one another along a length of the tubular. Fluid flowing through an area not covered by a first screen can encounter an area covered by an offset screen. If the offset screen is blocked with accumulated debris, fluid may pass the offset screen by passing through an area not covered by the offset screen.

  • Publication number: 20170211362
Abstract: A downhole assembly can include plates in series along a length of a tubular member. Plates can include particulate-blocking areas and pass-through areas. A pass-through area of a plate can be angularly offset from a pass-through area of another plate in the series. The plates may be angled so that particulate carried by fluid from a wellbore may be trapped by particulate-blocking areas that may be tilted away from the fluid source.

  • Patent number: 9677437
Abstract: A turbocharger for an internal combustion engine comprising a housing wherein the housing comprises one or more coolant passages for receiving a coolant to cool the turbocharger and one or more lubricant passages for receiving a lubricant to lubricate the bearings. The lubricant may be the lubricant for both the turbocharger bearings and the internal combustion engine. The coolant passages and lubricant passages in the turbocharger may be arranged in the housing to transfer heat from the lubricant to the coolant such that the transfer of heat between the coolant passages and lubricant passages is sufficient to cool the lubricant to a temperature that is suitable for subsequent use in the internal combustion engine.
