Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for systems and methods for video based sensor fusion with respect to mobile structures. A mobile structure may include at least one imaging module and multiple navigational sensors and/or receive navigational data from various sources. A navigational database may be generated that includes data from the imaging module, navigational sensors, and/or other sources. Aspects of the navigational database may then be used to generate an integrated model, forecast weather conditions, warn of dangers, identify hard to spot items, and generally aid in the navigation of the mobile structure.

Abstract: A transfer vacuum chamber for handling a substrate under vacuum conditions is in communication with at least two substrate modules connected to the transfer vacuum chamber by a respective connection slot. The at least two substrate modules can receive at least one substrate. At least one of the at least two substrate modules is a substrate processing module. At least two load lock chambers are in vacuum communication with the transfer vacuum chamber. The transfer vacuum chamber includes at least two transfer robots disposed within the transfer vacuum chamber configured to transfer a substrate between the at least two load lock chambers and the at least one substrate processing module under vacuum conditions.

Abstract: A disclosed CPS relay assembly includes a polymeric housing, a relay switch printed circuit board (PCB) assembly (PCA) within the housing, a thermal substrate or heatsink, and a film of isolation material between the thermal substrate and the relay switch PCA. The isolation material may be a thermally conductive and electrically isolating potting compound. The relay assembly may further include a relay control PCA within the housing. The housing itself may comprise an injection molded plastic, e.g., thermoset or thermoplastic. The housing may include one or more standoff features configured to define a gap of a predetermined dimension between the thermal substrate and the relay switch PCA. The isolation material may exhibit a thermal conductivity of 0.1-3 W/m-K and one or more desirable characteristics for maintaining electrical isolation of the relay assembly.

The method maintains a browser profile persistence for the first browser instance and for the second browser instance, using the encrypted master profile, on a single on-disk profile.

The user can categorize and edit the filters and select an action to perform on elements that fit the filter criteria. Such actions can include copying a parameter, modifying a parameter, executing a macro, and changing an element's associated work set. The plugin automatically perform the action on new and modified elements based on a user selection.
