    Abstract: A device and method may dynamically generate pricing based on transactional and right to buy pricing models. The method may include receiving a price request for a telecommunication service from a customer system, creating a price scenario for the telecommunication service based on the request, wherein the price scenario includes a plurality of line items. The method may further include deciding whether to calculate a standard price or a dynamic price for each line item, calculating a price for each of the line items in the price scenario in response to the deciding, and determining at least one price option for the price scenario. The method may further include validating the at least one price option for the price scenario, updating the price scenario with the at least one validated price option, and providing the updated price scenario to the customer system.
