    Abstract: A self-shielded and computer controlled system for performing non-invasive stereotactic radiosurgery and precision radiotherapy using a linear accelerator mounted within a two degree-of-freedom radiation shield coupled to a three-degree of freedom patient table is provided. The radiation shield can include an axial shield rotatable about an axial axis and an oblique shield independently rotatable about an oblique axis, thereby providing improved range of trajectories of the therapeutic and diagnostic radiation beams. Such shields can be balanced about their respective axes of rotation and about a common support structure to facilitate ease of movement. Such systems can further include an imaging system to accurately deliver radiation to the treatment target and automatically make corrections needed to maintain the anatomical target at the system isocenter.

The heater includes a heater element and a client authentication IC configured to receive the authentication query from the controller and to generate a heater authentication response in response to the received authentication query. The controller system is configured to enable normal operation of the heater if the received heater authentication response matches the host authentication response, and, if not, to generate a notification to a bathing installation user that the heater is not an authentic heater or other action.

    Abstract: A method for fabricating a wildlife reproduction includes placing a reference device relative to a wildlife subject. The reference device pertains to scale and chromaticity coordinates to provide an accurate size and color reference for fabricating the wildlife reproduction of the wildlife subject. The wildlife subject is photographed in combination with the reference device at one or more predefined locations to produce two dimensional photographic image data. The two dimensional image data is converted to a three dimensional image file using photogrammetry. A value of the principal dimension of the wildlife subject is determined using the reference device. Dimensions of at least one other feature of the wildlife subject are calculated from the principal dimension to modify a three-dimensional image file of a selected wildlife subject to correspond to the wildlife subject. A three dimensional wildlife reproduction is fabricated from the modified three-dimensional image file of the selected wildlife subject.
