  • Publication number: 20150317643
Abstract: An apparatus for a signer to apply a signature to a signature field of an electronic document. A personal electronic device includes a browser application, a screen, and an input unit. A logic activates a web link on the personal electronic device with the browser application to connect the personal electronic device and a remote server via a communications network. A logic presents a signor-side image copy of the electronic document with the signature field on the screen of the personal electronic device. A logic accepts the signature of the signer into the signature field from the input unit of the personal electronic device. And a logic communicates the electronic document containing the signature of the signer to the remote server.

  • Publication number: 20150170077
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for analyzing entity performance. In one implementation, a method is provided that includes accessing a data structure comprising a plurality of interactions associated with multiple entities. The method also includes evaluating one or more interactions of the plurality of interactions associated with a consuming entity of the multiple entities. The method further includes determining whether the one or more interactions associated with the consuming entity comprise an identified location information of the consuming entity.

  • Publication number: 20150169726
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for analyzing entity performance. In one implementation, a method is provided that includes receiving a request with one or more filter selections and accessing a data structure comprising a plurality of categories of information showing interactions associated with multiple entities. The method also comprises identifying a set of categories of the plurality of categories within the data structure based on the one or more filter selections. The method further comprises processing the information of the identified categories to analyze a performance of one or more entities of the multiple entities in accordance with the one or more filter selections and providing the processed information to display the performance of the one or more entities on a user interface.

  • Publication number: 20110023312
Abstract: The digital scale is an improved, digital measuring device for all aspects of construction and construction estimating. Every scale used for construction today is included in this digital device. Instead of requiring several different scales for all types of engineering and architectural projects, with this device, one scale is all that is needed. This device also includes the capability to measure every part of a construction roof. All rafters, including hips, valleys, common and mixed pitch valley and hip rafters can be easily measured by simply setting this device on the drawings themselves. Square footage of the roof area for figuring roof felt, roof decking, shingles, and nails is quick and easy with this tool. Whether the rafters are being measured from the bird's eye view (top of roof) or the elevation views (all 4 sides), this device is accurate within 0.032?.

  • Publication number: 20050209295
Abstract: The present invention relates to novel compounds and methods of use for inhibition and prevention of cell adhesion and cell adhesion-mediated pathologies. This invention also relates to pharmaceutical formulations comprising these compounds and methods of using them for inhibition and prevention of cell adhesion and cell adhesion-mediated pathologies. The compounds and pharmaceutical compositions of this invention can be used as therapeutic or prophylactic agents. In particular, methimazole derivatives and tautomeric cyclic thiones have the ability to inhibit the adhesion and the migration of leukocytes. In addition to being active anti-inflammatories, the methimazole derivatives and tautomeric cyclic thiones and their physiologically tolerable salts, derivatives and prodrugs are generally suitable for the treatment (i.e., for the therapy and prophylaxis) of diseases that are based on the interaction between VCAM-1 and its ligands or can be influenced by an inhibition of this interaction.
