A server can maintain, on a database, an identification of a set of activities for users at risk of migraines, with each activity having a set of messages to be presented in accordance with a rule. The server can receive, via a user interface, an indication identifying a state of the user associated with the migraine. The server can select, based on the state of the user identified in the response, an activity to provide to the user for the session. The server can identify, in accordance with the rule for the activity, a message from the set of messages. The server can cause the message identifying the activity to be presented via the user interface.
