Abstract: A fastener including an elongated shaft extending between first and second shaft ends, with a tip provided at the first shaft end, and a thread region provided between the tip and the second shaft end; and a head with a drive region arranged at the second shaft end. The fastener also incudes a first annular undercut area in an underside surface of the head, where the first annular undercut area is configured and arranged to receive material that has flowed from a substrate during installation of the fastener into the substrate, and a second annular undercut area in the underside surface of the head, where the second annular undercut area is located radially outwardly of the first annular undercut area. Additionally, an annular sealing member is provided within the second annular undercut area, where the annular sealing member makes sealing contact with an upper surface of the substrate.

Abstract: Described herein is system and method for enabling real-time alerts and notifications for clinical procedures. In one embodiment, a notification system is created based on a pre-existing template. The user interface receives alerts and notifications from the system, and may in turn, initiate notifications and alerts to other users with different devices. Individual medical practices can create custom templates in the system to meet their specific requirements. Multiple methods of alerting are supported and multiple user devices are supported such as mobile devices, motion sensing devices, optical head-mounted displays, etc.

Abstract: Described herein is system and method for enabling a real-time clinical procedure timeline. In one embodiment, a patient timeline is created based on a pre-existing template. The user interface displays the steps for an admitted patient with a given diagnosis, tracks the time for completion of each step, and allows users to add notes, attach documents, and build reports. Individual medical practices can create custom templates in the system to meet their specific requirements. Multiple methods of accessing and using the system are supported such as mobile devices, motion sensing devices, optical head-mounted displays, etc.
