Abstract: Disclosed herein are apparatus, method, and system for producing a customizable composite beam from a plurality of solid state light sources. Each light source is associated with individually adjustable fixture components which allow for a variety of lighting needs to be addressed. The composite beam is a collective of the beam projected from each adjustable component/light source combination; each individual beam being of customized shape or standard shape.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are apparatus, methods, and systems for deriving composite beams from a plurality of light sources such as LEDs. Optical units comprising a plurality of light sources, each source having an associated optic which is individually positionable, are developed using optimization techniques that allow for lighting different target areas in an effective manner by rotating or otherwise positioning the reflectors, refractive lenses, TIR lenses, or other lens types to create a composite beam. The apparatus, methods, and systems of lighting herein make it possible to widely vary the types of beams from an available fixture using a small number of optics and fixtures. In some cases, by using a combination of individual beam patterns from the same or different types of light sources, a small set of individual optics may be sufficient to create a majority of the typical and specialized composite beams needed to meet the needs of most lighting projects and target areas.

A seal mounted on the door sealingly engages with an upright wall on the control panel when the door is closed to prevent migration of moisture toward the components of the control panel.

Abstract: A washing machine includes a washing machine cabinet. A wash basket is mounted within the washing machine cabinet. A first agitator is mounted in the basket for rotation about a first agitator axis that extends in a direction different from the rotational axis of the wash basket. First agitator includes a first helical rib thereon for engaging and agitating the materials to be washed within the wash basket. A second agitator with a second helical rib may also be contained within the wash basket.

Abstract: An appliance console is provided, wherein the console is quickly and easily mounted on the appliance without the use of mounting hardware or tools. The console includes pairs of front and rear feet which are adapted to be received within corresponding slots in the top cover of the cabinet. In mounting the console to the appliance cabinet, the console is tilted forwardly with the front feet extending into the front slots. The console is then rotated rearwardly such that the rear feet extend into the rear slots. The length of the slots is substantially the same as the width of the feet, such that the console is substantially free from forward and rearward movement relative to the top cover of the cabinet. A back plate is connected to the back of the console and the back of the appliance to provide enhanced structural integrity and security to the mounted console.
