  • Patent number: 12658283
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for automatic or semi-automatic end-to-end data analysis of bioprocess output data. In particular, using a bioinformatics platform subsystem in conjunction with a laboratory computer subsystem and an electronic laboratory notebook subsystem for automatic analysis of bioprocess output data within a unified platform system. The platform system receives user input that includes a request to perform an automatic analysis process and ultimately updates an electronic laboratory notebook entry that includes output data generated by the analysis. Because the platform system is capable of in real-time automatic handling of a plurality of datasets types from a plurality of bioprocesses, the system can simplify and accelerate bioprocess output data analysis and can be used in feedback-driven optimization of bioprocess procedures.

  • Publication number: 20110130254
Abstract: A full range exercise device comprising a tall post curved outwardly above head and downwardly towards the feet. The post is attached to an immovable structure such as a floor, post or wall. Anchor fittings are provided along the front and back of the post for connecting elastic resistance bands. The ends of the bands may be fitted with either handles or clips. The elastic resistance band may be wrapped around the post between spaced pin-type anchors along the back of the post. Clips may be used to attach the ends of the bands to ring-type anchors provided along the front of the post. In this way the exercise device provides a wide variety of ways to configure the resistance exercise bands providing a full range of resistance upwardly from foot level anchors and downwardly from overhead anchors. The design allows rapid change of height, resistance band strength, number of bands, adjustment to range of motion, and one or two handed use.
