  • Publication number: 20240023635
Abstract: An e-vaping case includes a housing, a guide structure, a cartridge receiving portion connected to the guide structure, and an electronics system in the housing. The cartridge receiving portion is configured to be moved along the guide structure between a first surface and a second surface of the housing. The electronics system includes a power supply that is configured to initiate a transfer of power to an electrical contact structure if the cartridge receiving portion is moved towards the first surface of the housing to at least a first position of the housing. The electronics system is configured to interrupt the transfer of power to the electrical contact structure if the cartridge receiving portion is moved towards the second surface of the housing. An electronic vaping device may include a cartridge detachably coupled to the cartridge receiving portion.

  • Patent number: 11332281
Abstract: A method of forming a coating on a cylindrical paperboard container having a closed end. The method includes the steps of heating a gas from a first temperature to a second temperature; providing the gas to a first inlet of a nozzle; providing a polymer in a liquid state at a third temperature; providing the polymer to a second inlet of the nozzle; and spraying the polymer onto the cylindrical paperboard container using the nozzle; wherein the second temperature is greater than the third temperature; and the second temperature and third temperature are such that the gas maintains the polymer in the liquid state at least until the polymer comes into contact with the cylindrical paperboard container. A system for applying a coating to a plurality of cylindrical paperboard containers and a container for a consumer product are also provided.

  • Patent number: 10672092
Abstract: A system for normalizing aggregated electronic data may include at least one processor and a memory. The processor may access data scraped from a plurality of local databases, each storing localized terms for temporal local milestones; for example, a first localized term for a first temporal milestone in a first locale may differ from a second localized term for a similar second temporal milestone in a second locale. The processor may store the temporal local milestones in a central database, determine a mapping of each of the localized terms for each temporal local milestone to a normalized term for each milestone, and identify, in a displayed timeline associated with the first locale, each associated temporal local milestone using the normalized term for each milestone. The processor may further identify, in a displayed timeline associated with the second locale, each associated temporal local milestone using the normalized term for each milestone.
