Abstract: Compositions for use in hole transporting layers (HTLs) or hole injection layers (HILs) are provided, as well as methods of making the compositions and devices fabricated from the compositions. OLED devices can be made. The compositions comprise at least one conductive conjugated polymer, at least one semiconducting matrix component that is different from the conductive conjugated polymer, and an optional dopant, and are substantially free of an insulating matrix component.

Abstract: A kneeling/sledding snow board apparatus provides a retention device connecting to a gliding board. The retention device has a tray mounted to a mounting device connected possibly with snow board binding connections. The tray receives a knee pad having a seat extension extending up from a mid portion of the knee pad. Cutouts allow the rider's legs to extend therethrough. A lap and knee straps restrain the legs of a rider along with vee straps. The tray preferably tapers upwardly and outwardly from a base to provide somewhat of a U-shaped cross section which may assist in deflecting snow and providing increased comfort to a rider.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for processing data read from a DVD media containing stored data is described. The apparatus includes a DVD media reader for reading data and error information stored on a DVD media, an error processor for determining the number of errors in the read data, and a display means for displaying the number of errors. The method includes the steps of reading actual data from a DVD media, computing a first correction code for the actual data, reading a second correction code from the DVD media, the second correction code pertaining directly to said stored data, and comparing the first and second correction codes to determine whether said actual data needs to be corrected. The method further includes the steps of determining whether the number of errors in the actual data exceeds the number of errors that can be corrected, correcting the actual data if possible, and counting the number of errors that are corrected.
