    Abstract: A method may include, receiving, at a server device and from a requesting computing device associated with a requesting user, a request for a data item. The data item configured may be configured as a data structure and include an encrypted data payload; metadata identifying a source of the payload and when the data payload was captured; and a token identifying an owner of the data item and access rights to the data item. The method may include parsing he token to identify the owner of the data item; transmitting the request for the data item to a computing device associated with the owner; receiving a response from the computing device. The response may indicate the requesting user may access the data item, and in response, transmit a decryption key to the requesting computing device for the encrypted data payload. The method may include updating the token.

Using the call history, the customer may perform self-monitoring of calls into the contact center that access the customer's accounts, and notify the organization if any of the calls appear suspicious. The contact center control system is configured provide a user interface through which the customer may modify account access settings including changing which types of authentication methods are enabled to access the customer's accounts, and blocking account access by callers from certain phone numbers. The contact center control system may allow the customer to turn off all access to the customer's accounts via the contact center.

A task completion checkpoint may be determined for the task. It may be identified that the task completion checkpoint has not been reached. A personality profile of the user may be compared to personality data of a set of voice-enabled virtual assistant profiles corresponding to respective members of a set of available voice personalities for the voice-enabled virtual assistant. An escalation personality may be selected for the voice-enabled virtual assistant based the comparison and the task. Commands for facilitating user completion of the task may be transmitted via the voice-enabled virtual assistant using the selected escalation personality.
