    Abstract: A connector housing assembly includes a first housing having a first flange installed on a first installation panel, the first flange has a first mounting hole, a first support member installed in the first mounting hole and having a first through-hole that extends along an axial direction of the first mounting hole, a first elastic ring fitted on the first support member and radially compressed between the first support member and an inner circumferential surface of the first mounting hole, and a first connecting member passing through the first through-hole and connectable to the first installation panel. There is a first radial gap between the first support member and the inner circumferential surface of the first mounting hole when the first housing is installed on the first installation panel, allowing the first housing to float radially relative to the first connecting member.

The inner insulator includes an insulating body housed in the inner cavity of the shell body and a terminal holding portion protruding to the outside of the shell body. The signal terminal is located in the inner cavity of the shell body and is fixed to the insulating body. The ground terminal is located outside of the shell body and is inserted into the terminal holding portion of the inner insulator. The cable through hole is configured to accommodate a cable. The tool head halves combine to form a cylindrical tool head when the handles halves are closed. The cylindrical tool head is insertable into an insertion hole in the connector to drive a terminal locking member of the connector to an unlocking position separate from the terminal.

The outer sheath is formed on the shielding shell and the inner sheath by injection molding. The outer sheath includes an engaging portion embedded in the gap between the retaining portion and the shielding shell. The retaining portion holds the engaging portion on the shielding shell to prevent the formation of a gap between the front end of the outer sheath and the shielding shell.

    Abstract: A sealing installation device for hermetically mounting a housing to a panel includes an elastic sealing washer and a connection member. The elastic sealing washer is disposed between a base of the housing and the panel and seals a mating interface between the base and the panel. The elastic sealing washer has a through slot into which a protrusion formed on a bottom surface of the base is inserted. A thickness of the elastic sealing washer is greater than a height of the protrusion. The connection member connects the base of the housing, the elastic sealing washer, and the panel together. A difference between the thickness of the elastic sealing washer and the height of the protrusion is a predetermined value equal to a compression amount of the elastic sealing washer after the housing is installed on the panel.
