Abstract: Methods of assaying a breath sample from a subject for the presence of one or more PFAS are provided. Embodiments of the methods further include providing a composite score that can be used to determine if the subject has been exposed to PFAS and to monitor changes in PFAS exposure over time in the subject. In certain embodiments, a machine learning model may be used to determine if a subject has been exposed to one or more PFAS.

In some embodiments, the one or more toxins or toxin associated compounds includes trichloroethylene (TCE) and/or one or more metabolites thereof. Embodiments of the methods further include providing a toxin exposure assessment that can be used to determine if the subject has been exposed to a toxin and to monitor changes in toxin exposure over time in the subject. In certain embodiments, a machine learning model may be used to determine if a subject has been exposed to one or more toxins.

In one embodiment, feedback data associated with emails transmitted on behalf of a sender is received, and complaint data associated with the sender is updated based on the feedback data. Further, one or more complaint thresholds for one or more time intervals are determined. The complaint thresholds can be determined based on a volume of messages sent by the sender over one or more time periods, for example, or other factors. A cost is assessed to the sender in response to a comparison of the complaint data to one or more of the complaint thresholds. Additionally or alternatively, costs to the sender can be adjusted in response to the comparison of the complaint data to the complaint thresholds.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for facilitating payment account transactions, through selection of particular payment accounts for use in the transactions based on incentives associated with the payment accounts. One exemplary method includes receiving an authorization request for a transaction, where the authorization request includes a virtual card number (VCN) for a virtual wallet used in the transaction, and a parameter of the transaction. The method also includes selecting a payment account, from multiple payment accounts in the virtual wallet, based on an incentive associated with the payment account and the parameter, and replacing the VCN in the authorization request with a primary account number (PAN) for the selected payment account. The method then further includes routing the authorization request, with the appended PAN, to an issuer associated with the selected payment account so that the transaction may be subjected to the incentive associated with the payment account.

Abstract: The disclosed technology relates generally to methods and systems for sharing vehicles between fleets. Vehicle sharing services typically experience the most use during the weekend. Thus, many vehicles used by vehicle sharing services sit idle during the week. Meanwhile, vehicle rental companies experience the most demand during the week and their vehicles are underutilized during the week. The disclosed technology, in certain embodiments, provides systems and methods for sharing vehicles between a vehicle sharing entity and a vehicle renting entity. This allows the entities to lower fleet costs and obtain better fleet utilization by moving vehicles between fleets when one entity anticipates a spike in demand. For example, the ability for the vehicle sharing service to utilize a rental vehicle agency's excess weekend inventory will allow them to meet its strong weekend demand without the need for purchasing and maintaining additional vehicles.

In response to receiving a request for a web page from a particular user, the website operator may make a call to the bookmark service to obtain bookmarks that were previously selected by that user. The bookmark service forwards the bookmarks for the user to the website operator, and the website operator includes these bookmarks within the web page that is rendered to the user. Since the bookmarks are stored remotely at a bookmark service, the bookmarks may be available to the user regardless of the electronic device or web browser that is used to request a web page. The bookmarks that are rendered on the web page may also include recommended bookmarks to web pages that are deemed as possibly being of interest to a particular user.
