  • Publication number: 20240119205
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for recommending design changes in designing a digital integrated circuit. An analysis of the digital integrated circuit being designed is performed, where the result of such an analysis involves violations being identified and stored. A stored violation, such as a cross-domain, cross-hierarchy and multi-cycle violation, may then be analyzed to identify a root cause of the violation using a rule. Such a rule may be used for triaging various failures in the cross-domain, cross-hierarchy and/or multi-cycle violation of the digital integrated circuit. A design change in the design of the digital integrated circuit may then be recommended based on the identified root cause of the violation. In this manner, the root cause of failures are effectively identified in the design of digital integrated circuits using an offline analysis of cross-domain, cross-hierarchy and/or multi-cycle violations using a rules-based approach.

  • Publication number: 20240119820
Abstract: Systems and methods for identifying a condition associated with an individual in a home environment are provided. Sensors associated with the home environment detect data, which is captured and analyzed by a local or remote processor to identify the condition. In some instances, the sensors are configured to capture data indicative of electricity use by devices associated with the home environment, including, e.g., which devices are using electricity, what date/time electricity is used by each device, how long each device uses electricity, and/or the power source for the electricity used by each device. The processor analyzes the captured data to identify any abnormalities or anomalies, and, based upon any identified abnormalities or anomalies, the processor determines a condition (e.g., a medical condition) associated with an individual in the home environment. The processor generates and transmits a notification indicating the condition associated with the individual to a caregiver of the individual.

  • Patent number: 11789418
Abstract: A domain management resource monitors a behavior of a user controlling multiple resources disposed in a domain of a network environment. Based on the monitored behavior, the domain management resource identifies a repeated pattern of control in which the user controls a particular resource in the domain. The domain management resource derives a proposed control rule based on the repeated pattern of control. The proposed control specifies how to control the particular resource. The domain management resource presents the control rule for review and possible editing prior to programming the domain management resource to execute the control rule.

  • Patent number: 11717392
Abstract: A method of treating an aortic aneurysm of a patient with an endovascular graft system and mitigating post implant syndrome associated therewith comprises placing at least one prosthesis across an aneurysmal space. The prosthesis comprises a double-walled filling structure and a stent-graft. The stent graft is radially expanded at a first pressure and the filing structure is filled with a first filing agent to contact a thrombus in the aortic aneurysmal space. After the first filling agent is removed, the filling structure is filled with a second filling agent to contact the thrombus. Next the stent-graft is expanded at a second pressure causing the filing structure to place an effective amount of pressure on the thrombus and substantially mitigating the effects of post implant syndrome associated with the prosthesis.

  • Patent number: 11435182
Abstract: A movable accessory for an automatic point layout system includes a laser receiver, target screen, and an array of LEDs. A laser controller aims a vertical laser light plane toward any desired point on the jobsite. The user moves the accessory into the laser light plane, thereby impacting a photosensor on the laser receiver. The accessory's electronic controller translates that laser light impact and illuminates a corresponding LED. The illuminated LED indicates the desired point of interest on the jobsite floor for the user to mark. An electronic distance measuring instrument (an LDM) aims along the same laser plane, and the target screen reflects the LDM signal to provide a distance reading, which is sent to a remote controller operated by the user. Alternatively, the LED array indicates where the laser plane strikes the photosensor, allowing the user to quickly move the accessory to the null position of the photosensor.

  • Patent number: 11435445
Abstract: A movable accessory for an automatic point layout system includes a laser receiver and an array of LEDs. Two laser controllers aim vertical laser light planes toward any desired point on the jobsite. The user moves the accessory into a first laser light plane, thereby impacting a photosensor on the laser receiver. The accessory's electronic controller translates that laser light impact and illuminates a corresponding LED in a first color. The user then moves the accessory into a second laser light plane, thereby impacting a photosensor on the laser receiver. The accessory's electronic controller translates that impact and illuminates a corresponding LED in a second, different color. The user then moves the accessory until the two LED colors intersect. When the intersect occurs, the accessory's electronic controller translates these impacts and illuminates a corresponding LED in a third, different color.

  • Patent number: 11314551
Abstract: A scheduler of a batch job management service determines that a set of resources a client is insufficient to execute one or more jobs. The scheduler prepares a multi-dimensional statistical representation of resource requirements of the jobs, and transmits it to a resource controller. The resource controller uses the multi-dimensional representation and resource usage state information to make resource allocation change decisions.
