    Abstract: A method of treating an aortic aneurysm of a patient with an endovascular graft system and mitigating post implant syndrome associated therewith comprises placing at least one prosthesis across an aneurysmal space. The prosthesis comprises a double-walled filling structure and a stent-graft. The stent graft is radially expanded at a first pressure and the filing structure is filled with a first filing agent to contact a thrombus in the aortic aneurysmal space. After the first filling agent is removed, the filling structure is filled with a second filling agent to contact the thrombus. Next the stent-graft is expanded at a second pressure causing the filing structure to place an effective amount of pressure on the thrombus and substantially mitigating the effects of post implant syndrome associated with the prosthesis.

A laser controller aims a vertical laser light plane toward any desired point on the jobsite. The user moves the accessory into the laser light plane, thereby impacting a photosensor on the laser receiver. The accessory's electronic controller translates that laser light impact and illuminates a corresponding LED. The illuminated LED indicates the desired point of interest on the jobsite floor for the user to mark. An electronic distance measuring instrument (an LDM) aims along the same laser plane, and the target screen reflects the LDM signal to provide a distance reading, which is sent to a remote controller operated by the user. Alternatively, the LED array indicates where the laser plane strikes the photosensor, allowing the user to quickly move the accessory to the null position of the photosensor.

In one implementation, the responses are based at least in part on the received emergency alert messages themselves. The CPE issues one or more commands to one or more devices present within the consumer premises (which may be for example a home automation system), to indicate the one or more determined alert indication responses, such as auditory alert and visual alert by the one or more devices. Thus, users in the consumer premises may be made aware of an alert message outside of the typical means in which an alert is displayed, such as via a television.
