  • Patent number: 11084671
Abstract: A method for automatic loading of trays into a cart, where the cart is adapted to receive trays at different vertical tray levels, comprises detecting the tray levels with a tray level sensor and lifting the cart with a lifting device from a floor to different vertical positions such that the tray levels in the cart will be at the same vertical level as a loading surface of a conveyer arrangement, which transports the trays to the cart on the loading surface. The method also comprises activating tray stoppers to stop the movement of the trays on the loading surface until the cart is at a correct vertical position, and deactivating the tray stoppers to allow the trays to be loaded into the cart when the cart is at a correct vertical position. The cart is lifted and loaded until all tray levels have been filled, and then the cart is again lowered to the floor. An apparatus for automatic loading of trays into a cart according to the method is also provided.

  • Patent number: 7886402
Abstract: Waste material that is introduced into waste inlet units (10) is managed by connecting the inlet units to a temporary storage volume (3) for charging the storage volume with the waste and by controlled, intermittent opening of the storage volume for the removal of accumulated waste therefrom. Specifically, waste is introduced into each inlet unit during an inlet charging phase; shaft charging vacuum (CV) is applied to the storage volume and is maintained continuously therein except when waste is removed from the storage volume; and the charging vacuum and atmospheric air (AA) is intermittently communicated to the inlet unit to charge the storage volume with the introduced waste.

  • Patent number: 5897775
Abstract: Vacuum accumulator incorporating a vacuum vessel for communication with a suction conduit, and with at least one vacuum accumulator vessel interconnectable with the vacuum vessel via a stop valve, in turn connected to a vacuum pump for charging of said vessels with a vacuum under a limited volume, whereby the stop valve is adapted to open when the vacuum in the vacuum vessel drops to a certain volume. A device for dewatering and removal of waste by vacuum, with a track intended for supply of the waste and incorporating a collecting hopper narrowing in a direction from above and downwards and having a closed bottom portion, at which is arranged the opening of a suction conduit connectable to a vacuum source for applying a vacuum in the bottom portion of the collecting hopper.

  • Patent number: 5000623
Abstract: A device for handling piece-formed packing material, which incorporates a storage container (4) for the packing material, which at its lower side is equipped with a closable outlet (13), connected to a hose (6) for feeding out material, and at its upper end with an inlet (3) intended for supply of material, and connectable to a hose (6) for supply of material, and where the inlet (3) is provided with structure (11) for injecting a flow of air for lifting and supporting packing material in a direction towards the storage container (4).

  • Patent number: 4607151
Abstract: A soldering iron for withdrawing by suction resin-containing soldering fumes includes an electric heating element (2) enclosed in a metallic casing and extending from one end of a handle (1), a metallic fume suction nozzle (6) has one end (7) lying in proximity to a soldering tip (5) mounted to the outer end of the heating (2) and its other end (8) connected proximate the one end of the handle to the first end of a flexible plastic e.g., silicone polymer; suction hose (10) removably extending through a bore (15) in the handle (1) and connected at its other end to suction source (11). The nozzle (6) is coupled in metallic heat transfer contact with the casing of the heating element (2) by metallic member (12, 13) and is thereby maintained at a temperature such that resins present in the fumes do not precipitate in the nozzle (6) but instead condense in the plastic suction hose (10), which can be easily removed from the handle for cleaning.

  • Patent number: 4153433
Abstract: Method and apparatus for filtering a gaseous medium such as welding gas to remove solid particles therefrom. The gaseous medium is passed through a bed having at least two strata of peat litter, wherein the peat litter particles have been screened in such a manner that the first layer as seen in the direction of gas flow comprises particles having sizes ranging from a certain predetermined value and upwards, and the second layer or stratum has particles the sizes of which lay below the said predetermined value. A coating successively builds up in the first layer of peat litter contributing to the filtering effect, whereas the second peat litter layer during this building up period will perform the major part of the filtration.
