Abstract: This is to fasten a panel to a wall. The device comprises a male member to engage on the panel and a female member to engage on the wall. For its engagement on the periphery of an aperture of the wall having a contour having two crenels facing each other and two circle arcs facing each other and each extending from one to the other of the crenels, the female member comprises a butt enabling the angular position of the female member to be indexed in relation to the wall, in order for an actuating part of the female member to be turned towards an outside edge of the wall. The assembly comprises the fastening device, the wall and the panel. Advantageously, the assembly also comprises a tool capable of insertion between the wall and the panel to reach the actuating part of the female member.
