  • Patent number: 8635760
Abstract: In a method for producing a commutator ring for a commutator of an electric machine, the lamellae of a commutator ring are formed of an electrically conductive, deformable band material, and they have at least one recess running in the longitudinal direction of the band material, before a desired number of the formed lamellae are closed to form the commutator ring. After the closing of the lamellae to form the commutator ring, a reinforcing ring made of an electrically nonconductive, deformation-resistant material is introduced into the recess and is fixed in the recess by plastic deformation of the lamellae of the commutator ring.

  • Publication number: 20120244277
Abstract: A rotating mass component with high balancing quality is provided. The balancing is performed in a substantially automated manner and without chip formation. A method for balancing a rotating mass component, such as a rotor is achieved by deposition welding of welding points on the mass component. The mass symmetry respective to the rotation axis is improved. The deposition welding takes place through cold metal transfer welding, in particular of a plurality of individual mass points.

  • Patent number: 4514151
Abstract: The invention relates to a liquid pulsation dampener device for use in a piping network, including at least one hydro-pneumatic vibration dampener arranged at the delivery side of a positive-displacement pump. Such pumps are apt to impose normally undesirable periodic fluctuations or pulsations upon the liquid flow. The invention aims at providing a device suitable for manufacture at low cost and requiring a minimum of space while largely reducing pulsations of flow and of pressure in a piping network. In accordance with the invention, there is, at the delivery side of the positive-displacement pump and in addition to the hydro-pneumatic vibration dampener, a dynamically acting vibration dampener, and the hydro-pneumatic vibration dampener is arranged in a by-pass between the pump and the dynamically acting vibration dampener.
