  • Publication number: 20240080581
Abstract: The present invention relates to an imaging sensor system (26) having a high detection accuracy. The system (26) comprises a plurality of pixel sensors (1) and at least one light source. The pixel sensors (1) are grouped in clusters, wherein each pixel sensor (1) comprises a photodetector (2) and a local controlling circuit (18). The plurality of sensors (1) in each cluster are configured, using local controlling circuits (18), to output a global detection signal (15) when detecting a local detection signal (10) from at least two outputs of the photodetectors (2) of said cluster. The system (26) has a high detection accuracy due to ruling out false positive detections, since each detection requires at least two positive outputs of the photodetectors (2) of said cluster.

  • Publication number: 20230321331
Abstract: A dialysis system is disclosed that enables a patient to undergo both peritoneal dialysis and extracorporeal blood treatments. The system includes a base unit and a blood treatment unit configured to perform extracorporeal blood treatments on a patient. The blood treatment unit includes a user interface operable with a controller for displaying a calendar of days in which an extracorporeal blood treatment is scheduled to be performed. The base unit includes a base unit controller that is programmed to receive information indicative whether a peritoneal dialysis treatment or the extracorporeal blood treatment is to be performed. The base unit controller operates first software instructions when the base unit uses a first fluid stored in a fluid container when the peritoneal dialysis treatment is selected or operates second software instructions when the base unit uses a second, different fluid from an online source when the extracorporeal blood treatment is selected.

  • Patent number: 11672895
Abstract: A dialysis method to enable a patient to undergo both peritoneal dialysis and extracorporeal blood treatments is disclosed. The method includes determining, via a base unit controller, whether a peritoneal dialysis treatment or an extracorporeal blood treatment is to be performed. If the peritoneal dialysis treatment is to be performed, the method includes operating first software instructions that cause a base unit to use a first fluid stored in a fluid container. If the extracorporeal blood treatment is to be performed, the method includes operating second software instructions that cause the base unit to use a second, different fluid from an online source and selectively move the second, different fluid to a blood treatment unit for use in the extracorporeal blood treatment. The blood treatment unit is operable with the base unit to perform the extracorporeal blood treatment on a patient.

  • Publication number: 20200110647
Abstract: A topology-based triage workflow service can display expert generated workflows in conjunction with a topology. A user can select a device experiencing an issue and can walk through a workflow for diagnosing an issue. The service analyzes the workflow to determine which components are related to each troubleshooting step and can highlight them within the topology to indicate to a user the relevant components. The service can also retrieve and display metrics relevant to each step in the workflow. As workflows are used, the service can track users' paths through workflows, troubleshooting success, and feedback. Based on the feedback, the application can improve workflows, suggest root causes of issues, or create automated scripts based on the most popular/successful workflows for solving particular issues.
