  • Patent number: 10760570
Abstract: A stator-rotor system of an eccentric screw pump including a rotor with a rotor screw and a stator with an internal thread. The stator includes a support element and an elastomer part. The support element surrounds the elastomer part in sections around the whole circumference. The stator-rotor system includes a mechanism for adjusting the stator, having two adjustment elements arranged on the stator-rotor system, which are distance-variable relative to one another. In a first working position the two adjustment elements have a first distance from one another and in a second working position, a second distance. The cross-section and the length of the elastomer part of the stator in the second working position are changed compared to the cross-section and the length of the elastomer part in the first working position.

  • Publication number: 20180010604
Abstract: The invention pertains to an eccentric screw pump with a stator-rotor system, which includes a rotor with a rotor screw and a stator with an internal thread. The stator has a support element and an elastomer part, wherein the support element encloses the elastomer part sectionally over its entire circumference. The stator-rotor system has a mechanism for adjusting the stator, which is coupled to at least one sensor for determining actual operating parameters of the stator-rotor system by means of a control unit that activates the adjusting mechanism with consideration of the actual operating parameters determined with the aid of at least one sensor.

  • Patent number: 9683566
Abstract: A stator casing of an eccentric screw pump with an elastomer stator inner part including a plurality of shell-like casing segments and a production method for such a stator casing, with which the outlay for maintenance work can be reduced. According to the invention, casing segments adjacent in the longitudinal direction of the stator casing are disposed offset with respect to one another around the longitudinal axis of the stator casing, wherein each casing segment includes connection means and at least four casing segments engage with one another and form a composite. For the production of the stator casing, the casing segments are acted upon by an axial force component as a result of clamping, wherein the casing segments engage with one another, as a result of which a radial force component is generated and the composite is formed.

  • Patent number: 9206826
Abstract: The invention relates to a receiving element for a first and a second fixing element for use in bolt setting devices, comprising a receiving area (6) for the first fixing element (2) and comprising a connecting attachment (15) that is used together with the second fixing element to connect the receiving element (1) to a second receiving element (21) in a pivotal manner. The aim of the invention is to simplify the handling, production, and/or magazining of fixing elements for use in bolt setting devices. This is achieved in that the connecting attachment (15) has a detent and/or snap receiving portion (16) for the second fixing element.

  • Publication number: 20140016991
Abstract: The invention discloses a joint for the transmission of torques and axial forces in conjunction with an eccentric rotary motion. In a preferred embodiment, the joint according to the invention is used in an eccentric screw pump for connecting the drive to the pump rotor. The joint connects a coupling rod and a tool and/or a drive to one another. When the joint is used in an eccentric screw pump, the tool is the rotor of the pump. Furthermore, the joint is provided with at least one casing. The axial forces acting on the joint can be transmitted by a first joint part and the torques by a second joint part.
