  • Publication number: 20210172219
Abstract: A door handle assembly of a vehicle door includes a handle support, a handle which is designed to be movable into a non-use position and an actuation position, a first lifting mechanism and a second lifting mechanism, each of which is coupled to the handle. The handle protrudes relative to the outer contour of the vehicle door in the actuation position. The first lifting mechanism has a first pivot axis which is arranged on the handle support. The second lifting mechanism has a second joint axis which is coupled to the first lifting mechanism so as to transmit a movement. The first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism are coupled together in the form of a multi-joint kinematic system so as to transmit a movement. The first longitudinal end and the second longitudinal end of the handle are designed to move out of the outer contour simultaneously.

  • Publication number: 20200354996
Abstract: A door handle assembly of a vehicle door includes a handle support, a handle which runs flush with the outer contour of the vehicle door in a non-use position and which is movable into an actuation position, a first lifting mechanism and a second lifting mechanism, each of which is coupled to the handle so as to transmit a movement. The handle protrudes relative to the outer contour of the vehicle door in the actuation position. The first lifting mechanism has a first pivot axis arranged on the handle support and a first joint axis. The second lifting mechanism has a second joint axis and a second pivot axis which is arranged on the support and is coupled to the first lifting mechanism via a coupling rod so as to transmit a movement. The first pivot axis or second pivot axis is driven by a motor.

  • Publication number: 20200308883
Abstract: A door handle assembly of a vehicle door includes a handle support, a handle which is mounted on the handle support and runs flush with the outer contour of the vehicle door in a non-use position and is movable into an actuation position, a first lifting mechanism and a second lifting mechanism. Each lifting mechanism is coupled to the handle so as to transmit a movement. The handle is protruded relative to the outer contour of the vehicle door in the actuation position in comparison to the non-use position and can be actuated by the user in order to open the vehicle door. The first lifting mechanism has a first pivot axis which is arranged on the handle support. The first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism form a scissor kinematic system and are coupled together so as to transmit a movement.

  • Patent number: 10214156
Abstract: A rear view camera system for a motor vehicle includes a movable carrier assembly, a camera optical system, which is movable with the carrier assembly, and a drive unit coupled with the camera optical system. The camera optical system is pivoted in relation to the carrier assembly about an adjustable axis which is rotatably coupled with the drive unit and can be moved about the adjustable axis between a rest position and a recording position. These can be adjusted depending on the surrounding areas to be recorded. An eccentric component is coupled in movable fashion with the adjustable axis. A rotation of the eccentric component changes the distance between the adjustable axis and the support element so that the camera optical system can be moved to a recording position in which the camera optical system protrudes from the recess of the carrier assembly.

  • Patent number: 9574381
Abstract: A door handle assembly for a motor vehicle includes an operating handle, a mechanical coupling device, and a locking device attached to a handle mounting. An acceleration force can block an actuation of the closing assembly via the operating handle and/or the coupling device so that an unintended unlatching of the door closure during a vehicle accident is prevented. The locking device has a locking element, which is movably coupled to the mechanical coupling device by a connecting element, such that, a pivotal movement of the mechanical coupling device will rotate the locking element about a rotational axis. The locking element includes at least one locking member which is designed to block the rotational movement of the locking element when a predetermined displacement speed of the operating handle has been exceeded.

  • Publication number: 20160323484
Abstract: A camera apparatus for a motor vehicle includes a carrier housing which is disposed on a moveable vehicle part, and a camera module coupled to the carrier housing. The camera module includes a drive unit and a camera unit, wherein the drive unit is coupled to the camera unit and the drive unit is also coupled to a control mechanism. The camera unit is supported in the carrier housing such that it can rotate about a camera rotational axis, and can be rotated within an adjustment range, wherein the camera module forms at least a section of a handle extending along the camera rotational axis, with which a sensor mechanism, designed for sensing a proximity to the handle and/or for detecting an actuation of the handle, is coupled.
