  • Patent number: 9163746
Abstract: The invention relates to an electromagnetic valve, comprising a valve tappet, which is arranged in a valve housing and which can open or close a valve passage in the valve housing, a magnet armature, which is provided in order to actuate the valve tappet and through which a hole passes for accommodating the valve tappet, and a restoring spring, which acts on the valve tappet and the spring end of which facing away from the magnet armature is supported on a magnet core in the valve housing. For precise valve adjustment, an adjustment sleeve is fixed in the hole of the magnet armature, in which adjustment sleeve the valve tappet is fastened in some sections at the same time.

  • Publication number: 20150020520
Abstract: A method for determining a driving characteristic of an analogized or analog-controlled hydraulic valve of a motor vehicle hydraulic brake system in which a brake pressure generated with the aid of an electrically controllable, electric-motor-driven pressure supply device, is conducted to a wheel brake via an inlet valve and can be conducted via an outlet valve from the wheel brake into a pressure medium container. The pressure supply device and the inlet valves, and outlet valves, can be controlled by an electronic control unit. For determining the control characteristic of an analogized or analog-controlled inlet or outlet valve, a brake pressure is generated by the control unit via the pressure supply device, and the brake pressure is determined by a pressure sensor associated with the pressure supply device. The determined brake pressure and an associated valve control variable are stored as a calibration point of the control characteristic.

  • Publication number: 20140367597
Abstract: The invention relates to an electromagnetic valve, on the magnet armature of which a circumferential annular groove is arranged and in the valve housing of which an axially movable throttle disk is arranged, the throttle disk being fundamentally positioned at the height of the annular groove. The throttle disk throttles the pressure-medium flow along the magnet armature dependent on the actuation of the magnet armature in order to damp the armature impact noise.

  • Patent number: 8505873
Abstract: A pressure regulating valve having a compression spring fixed in a valve housing for positioning a valve plunger connected to a magnetic armature in the position above a valve seat and not electromagnetically excited, in order to create a connection between at least two pressure medium channels opening into the valve housing, and having a further compression spring disposed coaxially to the first compression spring in the valve housing, having the characteristic that the first compression spring is designed as a control spring forming a stroke and force-specific spring drive by adjusting the spring rates of both compression springs to the force/distance curve of an electromagnet by varying the current in an exciter coil, wherein the further compression spring is designed as a variably adjustable spring acting opposite to the control spring.

  • Patent number: 8151952
Abstract: The invention relates to a proportional control valve for the variable hydraulic adjustment of the damping force of a shock absorber, for which purpose the proportional control valve has a throttle function which can be set by varying the strength I of the electric current. The invention provides that on the basis of an instantaneous level of the electrical current Iist the proportional control valve is first closed by increasing the current to a maximum current strength Imax for a short time period toverdrive in order to change the damping force F, and the proportional control valve is then opened again by reducing the current strength I to a defined average current strength I in which the proportional valve assumes an intermediate position which results in a volume flow Q which corresponds to the desired change in the damping force F.

  • Publication number: 20020060384
Abstract: A hydropneumatic suspension system arranged on a bogie for a vehicle, particularly for a rail vehicle, and one hydropneumatic suspension unit respectively which is contained in the suspension system. For this purpose, the spring accumulator, the reservoir, the tank and the control unit are arranged in the area of the at least one spring strut, so that an essentially self-sufficient suspension unit is obtained.
