  • Publication number: 20220153100
Abstract: A door module of a vehicle door includes a carrier plate having a cable window regulator with at least one guide rail, and a door structure which is or can be joined to the carrier plate. A cable deflection region of the guide rail extends beyond an outer edge of the carrier plate. The cable deflection region is provided with a joining contour which, when joined, is form-lockingly inserted in a receiving contour of the door structure. The joining contour engages behind the receiving contour in such a way that the cable deflection region is stabilizingly held in a direction perpendicular to the cable deflection region. A vehicle door having the door module is also provided.

  • Patent number: 10494848
Abstract: A method for producing a carrier element for a window lifting device in which adjustment of a glass is performed by means of a traction means, the carrier element being displaceable along a guide rail of the window lifting device and being connected to the traction means, is provided. The completed carrier element has at least two interconnected bodies which are produced from dissimilar materials having dissimilar melting points, and the carrier element having the at least two bodies is produced by a multicomponent injection-molding method. In the production of the carrier element by the multicomponent injection-molding method a body from a material melting at a lower temperature is molded before a body from a material melting at a higher temperature, and the body from the material melting at a higher temperature is molded to the body from the material melting at a lower temperature.

  • Patent number: 9151102
Abstract: A cable deflecting piece, which is fastened on a rail head or rail foot of a guide rail and is intended for a cable operated window lifter, contains a base body which during mounting and following fastening of the cable deflecting piece, abuts against the guide rail on one side of the rail head or rail foot, also contains a rotary and bearing pin, which projects from the base body, can be inserted in a position in which it is tilted in relation to the longitudinal extension of the guide rail, into a rotary and bearing opening of the rail head or rail foot and can be pivoted about a cable deflecting piece, further contains a rotation prevention means which, in a final mounting position, once the cable deflecting piece has been pivoted about the mounting axis of rotation, secures the connection of the cable deflection piece to the rail head or rail foot such that the cable deflecting piece cannot rotate and additionally contains a device which is formed on the basic body and is intended for securing the abutmen

  • Patent number: 7794020
Abstract: The invention relates to a vehicle seat wherein the vehicle seat includes a back rest frame and a seat frame, which can be fastened to each other via a fitting. During assembly, mutually corresponding fastening points on the fitting and on at least one of the frame parts are brought to overlap in order to connect the two frame parts to each other with the aid of fastening elements. For the assembly, assembly aids are provided on the frame part and fitting. The assembly aids engage one inside the other in a form-fitting manner and are configured so that the two frame parts are held in an assembly aid position in which the mutually corresponding fastening points are aligned with respect to each other.
