  • Publication number: 20210220876
Abstract: The invention relates to apparatus (1) for feeding an unstacker magazine (2) with mailpieces (3) on edge. The apparatus comprises a conveyor bed (4) designed to convey the mailpieces on edge to the unstacker magazine in a first conveying direction, a feed conveyor (5) designed to convey trays (6) loaded with mailpieces to the conveyor bed in a second conveying direction (F2) and tray tipper means (7) interposed between the feed conveyor and the conveyor bed, which means are designed to tip a tray (6) over onto one side from the feed conveyor onto the conveyor bed in such a manner as to bring the mailpieces on edge from the tray to the unstacker magazine.

  • Publication number: 20190193978
Abstract: A detector device comprising an activator element (220) and a detector element (210) mounted to move relative to each other, the detector element generating a detection signal by a proximity effect when the activator element is facing it, a swing system with a first lever (212) carrying the detector element (210) and a second lever (222) carrying the activator element (220), said levers being mounted on a common pivot (230) while being offset angularly from each other, the second lever being designed to pivot from a rest position towards the first lever under the effect of thrust until the activator element and the detector element are in alignment, said first and second levers being designed such that, starting from the state of alignment and under the effect of the thrust, the second lever causes the first lever to pivot through a certain angular range.

  • Patent number: 9611112
Abstract: A storage module (1) comprises a storage zone (3) for storing flat articles (2) by accumulation in a stack and on edge, a main conveyor (9) that extends transversely to the storage zone, a stacking function for transferring an article from the main conveyor to the storage zone and for stacking it at the back of the stack of articles in the storage zone, and an unstacking function for extracting an article from the stack of articles and for transferring it to the main conveyor. The unstacking function comprises an unstacking plate (7) having a perforated belt and controlled suction and disposed between the main conveyor and the storage zone, said unstacking plate having a first segment parallel to the stack of articles and a second segment that is adjacent to the first segment and that extends slantwise relative to the first segment, said controlled suction being disposed in the slantwise second segment of the unstacking plate.

  • Publication number: 20150203317
Abstract: A stacker device (1) for stacking flats (100) on edge, which device includes a stacking support (2) that extends along a certain stacking axis (D2) for storing flats (100) on edge and in a stack, which flats are inserted successively onto said stacking support (2), a stacking actuator (4) for guiding each flat (100) to be stacked along an insertion axis (D1) transverse to the stacking axis (D2), and for inserting it at the back of said stack of flats (100), said stacking support (2) being mounted to move relative to the stacking actuator (4) along the stacking axis (D2), and said stacker device (1) including impulse means (9) synchronized with the stacking actuator (4) so as to move the stacking support (2) in translation by applying an impulse along the stacking axis (D2) when a flat (100) is inserted at the back of said stack of flats (100). A storage device and a postal sorting machine including such a stacker device (1).
