Patent number: 11208762Abstract: A method for separating fibers using a container, a vacuum pump which is connected to the container volume via a vacuum valve, and a ventilation line with a cross-sectional opening and a valve. The valve can be switched between a closed and open state in a time domain of 19-41 ms and from the open state into the closed state in a time domain of 20 to 45 ms. The method has the steps of filling the container with water and fiber composite, closing the container, mixing the water and the fiber composite using mechanical energy, by stirring, generating kinetic energy in the fiber composite by lowering the container internal pressure to a value between ?700 to ?950 hPa, and equalizing the pressure in the container to generate cavitation in the fiber composite. The pressure equalization taking place within at least onetime domain of 0.001-1 s.Type: GrantFiled: December 15, 2017Date of Patent: December 28, 2021Assignee: REPULPING TECHNOLOGY GMBH & CO. KGInventors: Stephan Wucherer, Christian Elsner

Patent number: 9534680Abstract: A motor vehicle differential gear has at least one housing part as a first gear part, and a crown wheel as a second gear part. The first and second gear parts are connected via respective first connection surfaces running in the axial direction by a press fit, and via respective second connection surfaces running at an angle to the axial direction, forming a welding seam. One of the gear parts is formed from a steel and the other gear part from a cast iron material, as well as such a differential gear in which the second connection surfaces connect directly to the first connection surfaces.Type: GrantFiled: January 23, 2013Date of Patent: January 3, 2017Assignee: Daimler AGInventors: Alexander Berndt, Andreas Buenting, Christian Elsner, Christian Krajewski, Hartmut Krauter, Lena Thome

Patent number: 9429557Abstract: A method for the production and/or processing of a web-shaped material, particularly paper, with at least one measuring system which records m measurement values yik per measurement position over at least a portion of the width s of the web-shaped material at n different measurement positions within a fixed time interval ?t. The method is characterized in that the method includes determining a rational quality number Q, the value of which for a quality of the web-shaped material that is considered acceptable lies within an acceptance range which is to be empirically determined for the production process and which has a lower limit U and an upper limit O, where U and O are in each case rational numbers.Type: GrantFiled: July 12, 2011Date of Patent: August 30, 2016Assignee: Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Europe GmbHInventors: Bernhard Bachmann, Rainer Ueckerdt, Hermann Penner, Dieter Becker, Stefan Rodewald, Christian Elsner

Patent number: 7939140Abstract: Process and apparatus for applying single and multiple coatings of a liquid coating material to a continuously moving backing web, in which a free-falling, vertical curtain is formed out of the coating material and strikes the backing web along a wetting line. In particular, the present invention pertains to a process for producing heat-sensitive recording material. The backing web is pushed down over its entire width by at least one guide element before it passes through the wetting line, and is lifted by a support in the form of round element extending transversely to the direction of movement of the backing web after the web has passed through the wetting line, where the support also includes an air guide with an angle of 2-15° between the backing web and the top surface of the air guide means.Type: GrantFiled: August 23, 2007Date of Patent: May 10, 2011Assignee: Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Bielefeld GmbHInventor: Christian Elsner

Publication number: 20100310364Abstract: In a turbine housing, for an exhaust gas turbocharger of an internal combustion engine with an exhaust gas guide section which has at least one spiral channel that can be coupled to an exhaust path of an exhaust tract and a reception chamber for accommodating a turbine wheel arranged downstream of the at least one spiral channel, at least one first and one second partial housing are provided, which include complementary wall regions of the at least one spiral channel and which are joined so as to form the at least one spiral channel. Also, an exhaust gas turbocharger with such a turbine housing is provided and a method for producing such a turbine housing.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 12, 2010Publication date: December 9, 2010Inventors: Siegfried Botsch, Christian Elsner, Gernot Hertweck, Markus Müller, Simon Raithel, Martin Schlegl, Johannes Seuffert
