  • Patent number: 9445708
Abstract: A water-bearing domestic appliance, in particular a dishwasher, includes a liquid storage container, in particular a storage container in which washing liquid can be temporarily stored. At least one flow-control element is arranged in a liquid chamber of the storage container to divert and/or to split the washing liquor flowing into the storage container or being discharged from it.

  • Publication number: 20150150432
Abstract: A domestic appliance includes a door configured to pivot about a horizontal axis of rotation so as to assume a substantially vertical position when closed to thereby close a treatment chamber. The axis of rotation is arranged behind a center of gravity of the door in a depthwise direction of the domestic appliance. When closed, the door is locked by a locking arrangement. A door weight compensation system damps an opening movement and/or assists a closing movement of the door and is configured to enable the door in an unlocked state to assume a partially open position, in which the door is open to some degree, substantially as a result of a weight-induced force exerted by the door.

  • Patent number: 7905688
Abstract: A milling tool with an axis of rotation D has a tool shank and a cutter region. The cutter region has a planar cutting edge running approximately perpendicularly to the axis of rotation D and merges peripherally into a main cutting edge and centrally into a secondary cutting edge. The secondary cutting edge is offset rearwardly from the planar cutting edge in the direction of the axis of rotation D. The transitional zone between the planar cutting edge and the secondary cutting edge has a notch produced as a cutting edge portion. The rearmost point of this notch, as seen in an end view in the direction of the axis of rotation D, lies behind the forward-most point of the secondary cutting edge, the angle ? between the planar cutting edge and the adjoining portion of the notch lying in the range of 90° to 175°, and the angle ? between the planar cutting edge and that portion of the notch adjoining the secondary cutting edge lying in the range of 3° to 90°.

  • Publication number: 20110036382
Abstract: A dishwasher having water connections and a connection device with an output and inputs, wherein each of the inputs is connected to a respective water connection. The connection device opens the input whose assigned water connection supplies water and automatically seals all remaining inputs when the input whose assigned water connection supplies water is open.

  • Patent number: 6413021
Abstract: A cutting tool for high-speed machining has at least one cutting insert that is interchangeably mounted to a main body of the tool. At least parts of the supporting surface of the cutting insert and of the receiving surface of the main body of the tool, when viewed in cross section perpendicular to the axis of rotation, are of an approximately V-shaped configuration and are engaged with each other. The crown region and also at least one of the end regions of the V-shaped supporting surface and receiving surface are mutually relieved. A bearing surface on the main body of the tool, in order to radially support the cutting insert, is arranged in such a way that a mounted cutting insert is tilted such that the supporting surface of the main body and the receiving surface come into mutual contact at only two points.
