  • Patent number: 11626244
Abstract: An assembly for connecting to a high-voltage grid includes a plurality of single-phase transformers, each of which has a transformer tank that is filled with a fluid and is equipped with a core with at least one coil. The coils of the single-phase transformers are at least partly connected together, thereby forming a neutral or star point. In order to permit the assembly to be quickly assembled in situ while at the same time providing a reliable current path for compensation and grounding currents, the coils are connected together by a neutral or star point conductor or rail in order to form the neutral or star point. The neutral or star point conductor or rail is retained in an insulated manner on the transformer tank.

  • Publication number: 20210066896
Abstract: A container arrangement for a transportable power transformer unit includes at least one container in which a first cable drum is situated. A first high-voltage cable having a first length and being configured for an operating voltage A, is wound on the first cable drum. In order to further shorten the commissioning of the power transformer unit, at least one further cable reel is disposed in the container. A further high-voltage cable having a different length is wound on the at least one further cable reel. Each further high-voltage cable is configured for the operating voltage A.

  • Publication number: 20200343709
Abstract: A cable holder for the long-term storage and the rapid transport of high-voltage cables, is storable for long periods with little outlay. The cable holder includes a rotatable cable reel which has a winding cylinder and side limits which are connected for conjoint rotation with the winding cylinder and protrude over the circumference of the winding cylinder. A holding frame is provided for rotatably mounting the cable reel. A high-voltage cable is wound onto the cable reel. The winding cylinder has a diameter of over 1300 mm.

  • Publication number: 20200343033
Abstract: A power transformer unit includes at least one single-phase transformer for connection to a high-voltage network. Each single-phase transformer includes a tank filled with insulating fluid receiving a core having high and low-voltage windings, at least one bushing socket connected to the high or low-voltage winding by a winding connection cable inside the tank, at least one high-voltage bushing to be inserted into the bushing socket, cooling equipment for the fluid and an expansion vessel compensating for temperature-induced volume fluctuations of the fluid. To transport the power transformer unit as quickly as possible and to put the power transformer unit into operation in situ, the expansion vessel and the cooling equipment are mechanically firmly connected to the tank and together with the tank and each bushing socket form a transport unit having an external contour lying inside a predetermined transport profile.

  • Patent number: 10707006
Abstract: An electrical appliance for connection to a high-voltage grid has a housing which can be filled with insulating liquid and in which there is arranged a core with at least one winding. A cooling module for cooling the insulating liquid is connected to the housing via attachment lines. The electrical appliance is inexpensive and can be quickly transported and quickly set in operation on site, in that the novel cooling module is fastened to the housing by way of a hook connection.

  • Patent number: 10685772
Abstract: An electrical appliance for connection to a high-voltage network has a housing that is fillable with an insulating liquid, in which housing a core with at least one winding is arranged, and a bushing plug-in socket fixed to the housing and a high-voltage bushing insertable into the bushing plug-in socket. The electrical appliance is also able to be used at higher voltages, in that the high-voltage bushing has a fixing section, with which the high-voltage bushing can be fixed to the housing and/or to the bushing plug-in socket and from which the high-voltage bushing extends with a column section in a longitudinal direction over a length L2 towards a high-voltage terminal. The length L2 is greater than three meters.

  • Patent number: 10381147
Abstract: A container arrangement for power transformers that are constructed from individual components. The components are releasably connected to one another in such a way that simple mounting/demounting and separate transportation is made possible. At least some of the components are arranged in containers, wherein each container contains a predetermined type of components in such a way that the components necessary for intended construction variants of the power transformers at the use location are contained in a corresponding selection of containers. This renders possible the correct and efficient mounting of power transformers.
