  • Publication number: 20240380139
Abstract: A contact system for electrically connecting a high current power supply system, in particular a battery unit, is provided. The contact system comprises a busbar, an electrode and a clamp. The clamp has at least two clamp legs, and at least one clamp leg is elastically moveable so as to vary an interspace between the clamp legs, the busbar, and the electrode. At least one of the clamp legs has a respective contact surface contacting a further one of the contact surfaces. At least one of the clamp leg contact surface, the busbar contact surface, and the electrode contact surface has a protrusion. The protrusion contacts one of the respective other contact surfaces. The protrusion is convex in two mutually vertical sectional planes.

  • Publication number: 20240380075
Abstract: A battery unit is provided. A high current power supply system comprising the battery unit is also disclosed. The battery unit comprises an electrode. The electrode further comprises a clamp. The clamp includes a transition section connecting a first leg arranged at one end of the transition section, to a second leg arranged at the opposite end of the transition section. The transition section and/or the first leg and/or the second leg are elastically deformable. The clamp has a first state wherein a reference part of the first leg is distanced from a reference part of the second leg. The clamp has a second state wherein the reference part is distanced from the reference part by a second amount. The transition section and/or the first leg and/or the second leg are more elastically deformed in the second state than in the first state.

  • Publication number: 20240332827
Abstract: A connector configured to hold a busbar in contact with another conductor in a high current power supply system is provided. The connector comprises a clamp. The clamp has a transition section connecting a first leg to a second leg, The transition section and/or the first leg are elastically deformable. The clamp has a first state and a second state. The transition section and/or the first leg is further elastically deformed in the second state than in the first state. The connector further comprising a spacer moveable between a first position and a second position. The spacer is rotatable and moveable linearly along a retraction direction or can perform a combined rotational and linear movement from the first position into the second position.

  • Patent number: 9410650
Abstract: An electric resonant circuit is provided in a receiving part of a coupling for a fluid line, the resonant circuit interacting with a tuning device in a contactless manner. In an intermediate position of an insert part, which differs from a closed position, the resonant circuit has a resonant frequency that differs from the characteristic closure frequency, and in the closed position the resonant circuit has the characteristic closure frequency. The tuning device acts on the inductance of the electric resonant circuit. An acting part is provided that mechanically acts on the coil when the insert part is inserted into the receiving part such that the shape of the coil in the closed position differs from the shape of the coil in the intermediate position.

  • Patent number: 8893567
Abstract: A fluid conduit element having a measurement apparatus receptacle is configured to receive a sensor unit wherein there is an insert sleeve which reaches through a receptacle gap designed in a carrier base and connects a flow channel to the sensor unit. The insert sleeve is sealed against the measurement apparatus receptacle by a sealing unit, The design is characterized by a relatively simply and operationally securely effected assembly.

  • Publication number: 20130074899
Abstract: In the case of an apparatus for thermoelectric generation of electrical energy, a base part and an opposing piece are provided, between which a thermoelectric element is arranged and which can be connected to one another as a physical unit via latching elements which are formed on an attachment adaptor. The thermoelectric element can therefore be fixed with relatively low mechanical loads, and the physical unit can be arranged in a compact form at an installation location.
