For example, in some embodiments a video stream from a patient device that is involved in a telecommunication communication session that also include at least one medical care device can be augmented to include data from the patient's health records stored in a computer device such that a graphical user interface displayed on the medical care device can include medical record indicia positioned over an image of the patient to indicate different health records related to parts of the patient's body being displayed. The indicia can provide information related to the age of the medical data and/or other aspects of a medical record indicated by the indicia.
