  • Publication number: 20240077066
Abstract: The invention relates to a pump device comprising a pump piston (12) which is longitudinally movable in a pump housing (10) and which, controlled by a magnetic actuation apparatus (14), acts on an inlet valve (16) and an outlet valve (18), the inlet valve (16) opening during the intake stroke of the pump piston (12), and the outlet valve (18) opening during the delivery stroke thereof. The inlet valve (16) has an annular valve piston (20) which encompasses the pump housing (10) which has an entry point (22) and an exit point (24) for fluid.

  • Publication number: 20230400017
Abstract: A pump device having a pump piston (12) arranged in a longitudinally movable manner in a pump housing (10), which pump piston is actuated by an actuating solenoid device (14) to open an outlet valve (16) for discharging a fluid during a delivery stroke, characterized in that in a pump space (18) of the pump housing (10), during a suction stroke, the pump piston (12) generates a negative pressure and, upon passing over a control edge (20) delimiting the pump space (18), the piston establishes a fluid connection between a fluid inlet (22) in the pump housing (10) and the pump space (18) in such a way that the pump space (18) under the effect of the negative pressure present in the pump space (18) is filled with a filling volume, which results from a fluid flow routed along the outer circumference (24) of parts of the pump piston (12) in the direction of the outlet valve (16), and subsequently, during the delivery stroke, this filling volume is discharged from the pump space (18) via the outlet valve (16).

  • Patent number: 10007278
Abstract: A pneumatic valve, in particular a pneumatic proportional pressure control valve includes a valve housing (3), in which a piston valve element (5) is guided in a guide (7) under the effect of an actuating device (9) and of a restoring device (11). The restoring device exerts a spring force and acts on the valve element (5) counter to the applied magnetic force (FB) of the actuating device (9). The valve element controls a media flow between a first media connection (13) and a second media connection (15) on the valve housing (3). With the actuating device (9), the valve element (5) establishes a media-conducting connection (17) between the respective media connections (13, 15), while allowing for the forces prevailing, on the basis of the applied pressures multiplied by the respective pressure-active surfaces, the spring force, the flow forces and the magnetic force.

  • Patent number: 9573632
Abstract: A pneumatic suspension system for a vehicle is provided comprising a mounting arrangement for mounting a portion of the vehicle on a chassis; the mounting arrangement including at least one pneumatic spring to be arranged and coupled between the portion of the vehicle and the vehicle chassis. A vehicle state control system is provided that provides a pressure set value in the pneumatic spring and a pressure controller is arranged to a valve device alternatively for pressurizing or depressurizing the each pneumatic spring. The valve device comprises at least a first valve having a valve outlet coupled to the spring terminal and a valve inlet communicatively coupled to the pressure terminal. A support structure (102) distinct from the sealing edge (104) is provided arranged to providing supporting contact to the sealing face to counteract deformations of the sealing face.

  • Publication number: 20160230750
Abstract: A delivery device, with a delivery piston (27) which is movable in a pump chamber (31) by means of an actuation device (3) and which, in one delivery direction, removes fluid from a fluid line (35) in a pressure-reducing manner and, in a further and preferably opposite delivery direction, discharges fluid into a further fluid line (37) in a pressure-increasing manner, is characterized in that a valve device (39, 41) is introduced into the respective fluid line (35, 37), each with an opposite mode of action, in such a way that, in the pressure-reducing removal process, the respective valve device (39, 41) opens in one fluid line (35) and closes in the further fluid line (37) and, in the reverse case, in the pressure-increasing discharging process, the respective valve device (39, 41) closes in one fluid line (35) and opens in the further fluid line (37).

  • Patent number: 9399941
Abstract: A system for exhaust gas treatment for internal combustion engines has a pump (1) for metered supply of a freezable substance, particularly a urea solution, to a supply device (23) introducing the substance into the exhaust gas flow. A compensation device (25) is provided as protection against damage to the system due to volume expansion when the substance freezes. The compensation device compensates for the volume expansion accompanying an increase of the fluid pressure when the substance freezes.
