  • Patent number: 10018206
Abstract: The invention relates to an impeller (1) for a fan, in particular an axial or radial fan having a hub (2) for connecting the impeller (1) to a drive motor and having fan blades (6) which are arranged circumferentially around the hub (2) and having pockets (9) in the hub region, having balance weights (15) which can be fastened therein, aligned in the axial direction. The balance weights (15) are made of U-shaped, bent weight clips made of spring-elastic material, having at least two opposite clip legs extending parallel to each other which are connected to each other via a bend section, and comprise a clamping gap between the clip legs. One of the clip legs extends within the pockets (9) and the other clip leg extends outside of the pockets (9), such that there is a clamping seat on a pocket wall (12) extending in the clamping gap.

  • Patent number: 9932990
Abstract: A ventilation device, in particular for heating, cooling and/or humidifying air in residential buildings, includes a duct-shaped housing (1) with an air inlet opening (2) and an air outlet opening (3), and a fan impeller (6) as well as a filter unit, heat exchange unit and/or heating coil unit (14) arranged in the main flow direction (Z) of an air flow generated by the fan impeller (6). An air guiding device (17) is arranged in the flow direction (Z) of the air flow in front of a suction nozzle (16)—configured as a flow conditioner, includes a bar structure with air guiding bars-such that a flow inlet opening is configured on the suction side at an axial height in front of the flow inlet opening (15) by the bar structure whose opening surface is smaller than the opening surface of the flow inlet opening (15).

  • Patent number: 9621010
Abstract: A rotating electric machine (1) having a stator (4) in a housing (2) and a rotor (10) supported by a shaft (6). The housing (2) circumferential wall (12) and first and second axially opposing end walls (14, 16) support bearing flanges with bearings (18) for the shaft (6). Two cooling fan impellers (20, 22) are connected to the shaft (6). An inner cooling fan impeller (20) positioned inside the housing (2) generates an inner cooling air circuit (A) inside the housing (2). An outer cooling fan impeller (22) provided outside the housing (2), generates an outer cooling air flow (B). The first end wall (14) is formed with a thermal conductivity of at least a specified value and has an outer cooling rib geometry (28) on its outer side facing the outer cooling fan impeller (22), and an inner cooling rib geometry (30) on its opposing inner side.
