  • Publication number: 20240147909
Abstract: A field cultivating machine (1) having at least one pickup device (10), having a pickup rotor (11) and a transfer rotor (14), which can be driven about axes of rotation (A, B) along a transverse axis (Y), wherein the pickup rotor (11) can pick up agricultural crop material from the ground (70) with pickup prongs (12), to lift it in relation to a vertical axis (Z) and to transfer it to the transfer rotor (14), which is configured to take over the crop material by means of transfer prongs (15) and to transfer it to a downstream device (30), at least in part behind the pickup device (10) in relation to a longitudinal axis (X), wherein the transfer prongs (15) engage between the pickup prongs (12) so that the that ranges of movement (C, D) of the transfer prongs (15) and the pickup prongs (12) overlap when viewed along the transverse-axis (Y).

  • Publication number: 20240147911
Abstract: The invention relates to a windrower (1) having at least one pickup device (10), which has a pickup rotor (11) and a transfer rotor (14), which can be driven in the same direction about axes of rotation (A, B) which extend at least predominantly along a transverse axis (Y), wherein the pickup rotor (11) is configured to pick up agricultural crop material from the ground (70) by means of pickup prongs (12), to lift it in relation to a vertical axis (Z) and to transfer it to the transfer rotor (14), which is arranged at least in part higher than the pickup rotor (11) and is configured to take over the crop material by means of transfer prongs (15), to lift it at least initially in relation to the vertical axis (Z) and to transfer it to a downstream transverse conveyor (30), which is arranged at least in part behind the pickup device (10) in relation to a longitudinal axis (X) and is configured to receive the crop material transferred by the transfer rotor (14) on a conveying surface (36), to convey it along the

  • Publication number: 20170260619
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing a neutron converter from boron carbide or a boron film on a neutron transparent metal substrate. The neutron transparent metal substrate is polished in a first step by fine grinding and coated in a further step by means of sputtering with boron carbide or a boron film. An adhesion promoting layer is optionally applied between the metal substrate and below the boron or boron carbide layer. The coatings obtained have a high homogeneity in layer thickness, chemical composition and isotope ratio as well as a low level of impurities such as oxygen or nitrogen.

  • Publication number: 20130328437
Abstract: A stator core with a high stiffness is disclosed for a gearless drive of a tube mill, the stator core, together with a stator frame, forming a stator for a gearless drive for a tube mill, and the stator core being assembled from stator core pieces. The stator core pieces can be connected to one another in the direction of rotation of the tube mill, independently of the stator frame.
