  • Patent number: 9254769
Abstract: The invention relates to a structural element (100) of a motor vehicle, in particular of a motor vehicle seat, wherein the structural element (100) comprises a first component (101) and a second component (102). In an overlap region (103), the first component (101) and the second component (102) have a formed-closed connection, or a form-closed and form-closed connection, wherein the connection in the overlap region (103) can be produced by an electromagnetic pulse shaping method, wherein the first component comprises at least one form-closed molding (600), wherein the second component can be molded into the at least one form-closed molding (600).

  • Patent number: 8299192
Abstract: Statistic comb polymers obtainable by the radical copolymerization of a vinylic poly(alkylenoxide) compound (A) with an ethylenically unsaturated monomer compound (B) according to the catalytic chain transfer method (CCT). The comb polymers are extremely suitable for hydraulic binder suspensions based on cement, lime, gypsum and anhydrite as they have, for the same dosage, an improved water reducing power over conventional flow agents. The corresponding building material mixtures are characterized by a substantially reduced stickiness and plastic viscosity once said comb polymers are added, which dramatically improves the plasticity of very cement-rich building material mixtures, such as concretes. The building material mixtures using the inventive flow agents have a considerably increased slump flow and an increased shear-thinning behavior as compared to conventional concretes without the tendency to segregate.

  • Patent number: 7425596
Abstract: The use of block copolymers which were prepared by polymerization of a poly(alkylene oxide) compound (A) with at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer compound (B), as dispersants for aqueous suspensions of solids, in particular based on hydraulic binders, such as, for example, cement, lime, gypsum or anhydrite, is described. Surprisingly, these block copolymers have a substantially better water-reducing power at the same dose in comparison with conventional superplasticizers based on comb polymers. Moreover, the slump loss can also be reduced in comparison with conventional superplasticizers by modification of the adhesive block.

  • Publication number: 20070161724
Abstract: The invention relates to copolymers based on unsaturated mono or dicarboxylic acid derivatives, oxyalkyleneglycol-alkenyl ethers, vinyl polyalkyleneglycol or ester compounds, in addition to the use thereof as additives for aqueous suspensions base don mineral or bituminous binding agents. Said invention is characterized in that the inventive copolymers, having a long lateral chain, impart small amounts of excellent processing properties to aqueous binding suspension, and simultaneously cause the water content in the concrete to be greatly reduced.

  • Patent number: 6777517
Abstract: Copolymers based on unsaturated monocarboxylic or dicarboxylic acid derivatives, oxyalkylene glycol alkenyl ethers, vinylic polyalkylene glycol, polysiloxane or ester compounds and the use thereof as additives for aqueous suspensions based on mineral or bituminous binders are described. The copolymers give aqueous suspensions of building materials excellent processing properties even in very small amounts, without delaying strength developments. In addition, when the copolymers of the invention are used, a drastic decrease in the water/binder ratio still leads to highly fluid building materials without segregation of individual constituents from the building material mixture occurring.
