Publication number: 20200406287Abstract: A heatable treatment container for receiving a treatment bath for treating a surface of at least one large-format component having a diameter or dimensions in the range of 0.5 m to 12 m includes a container base with a container bottom, a container wall adjoining the container base, a removable lid, and a central heating column. The central heating column extends from the container bottom towards the removable lid or from the removable lid towards the container bottom. In an example embodiment, the central heating column extends from the container bottom over at least 50% of a height of the container wall towards the removable lid. In another example embodiment, the central heating column extends from the removable lid over at least 50% of a height of the container wall towards the container bottom.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 18, 2019Publication date: December 31, 2020Applicant: Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. Publication number: 20200378009Abstract: A process for surface modification of a component includes providing a first reactor for a main procedure and a second reactor for an ancillary procedure. The first reactor is charged with a main medium, a component is provided to the first reactor, and the main procedure is performed by bathing the component in the main medium to bring about a chemical change onto a surface of the component. The second reactor is charged with an ancillary medium, the component is provided to the second reactor, and the ancillary procedure is performed by bathing the component in the ancillary medium to treat the surface of the component. The chemical change is a surface modification that takes the form of bluing or phosphatizing, the surface modification forms a conversion coating, and the component has a diameter or dimensions in the range from 0.5 m to 12 m.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 9, 2018Publication date: December 3, 2020Applicant: Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KGInventors: Bernd Welzer, Bertram Haag, Nikolay Podgaynyy, Christian Jakob

Patent number: 9032980Abstract: A dishwasher includes a dishwashing compartment and a rack provided in the dishwashing compartment for holding items to be cleaned. A rotatable spray arm is associated with the rack for applying water or wash liquor liquid upon the items. Water or wash liquor liquid is supplied to the spray arm via an upright supply tube having at least one region which flares in a direction of the spray arm and a peripheral terminal end facing the spray arm. The terminal end of the supply tube is configured to project into the cavity and thereby is extended into the spray arm.Type: GrantFiled: October 24, 2011Date of Patent: May 19, 2015Assignee: BSH Bosch und Siemens Hausgeraete GmbHInventors: Johannes Büsing, Christian Jakob, Hans-Peter Nannt

Patent number: 4032899Abstract: Apparatus and method for carrying out data switching; e.g. at a store-and-forward exchange node in a data communication network. Plural processors operate relative to multiple ports and traffic storage queues, partially on an exclusive basis and partially on a shared basis, to effectuate switching of data traffic with balanced sharing of the aggregate processing load. The processors control traffic processing functions (reception, storage and output transfer) on a varied assignment schedule. Supervisory signals exchanged between processors indicate status and destinations of currently stored traffic loads. The scheduling of output traffic to ports is handled by individual processors on an exclusive assignment basis. When a port is available to handle a given traffic segment (packet) destined for that port the respective processor having exclusive output scheduling responsibility for that port signals such availability to the processor having current responsibility over the transfer of said segment.Type: GrantFiled: January 19, 1976Date of Patent: June 28, 1977Assignee: International Business Machines CorporationInventors: Christian Jakob Jenny, Karl Albert Kuemmerle

Patent number: 3970994Abstract: A communication switching system having distributed control and modular design including a loop structure to which processor modules and storage modules are attached. Input to and output from the loop are effected through line registers, one line register being provided for each communication line. The line registers also function as intermediate storage between sequential processing steps. The processor modules, which are physically separated from the storage modules, are allocated for each step of a task, completely independent of the communication line associated with that task, or any past allocation of that task. Accordingly, messages can be sent by a processor module to any one of the storage modules for fetching or delivering of data and then the data will be routed back to the processor modules. After all required processing has been accomplished, a message will be sent back to the associated line register containing new data, either for output to the line or for later reuse by the system.Type: GrantFiled: February 28, 1974Date of Patent: July 20, 1976Assignee: International Business Machines CorporationInventor: Christian Jakob Jenny
