  • Patent number: 10970800
Abstract: A system for collecting, storing, and/or analyzing data received from one or more inputs comprising a property information database, a profile preference database, and one or more modules for accessing the databases. The system may receive data from a multiple listing service, internet source, and/or drone. The system may calculate and store a predicted property value and/or compare the predicted property value to a stored listed property price. A real estate offer and/or orders for an inspection, appraisal, contractor walkthrough, preliminary title report, or loan applications may be generated and/or sent to an entity based, at least in part, on information stored in the property information database and/or the profile preference database.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 4897322
Abstract: In conventional high-temperature storage batteries, cooling systems of very large dimension are provided to prevent overheating of the storage cells even when maximum power is being delivered. The object of the invention is to provide a method which makes it possible to equip high-temperature storage batteries with cooling systems which are of smaller dimension and with which any overheating of the storage cells is ruled out. According to the invention, at the permissible internal temperature the current having a heat loss which produces the internal temperature is determined while taking the parameters associated with the high-temperature storage battery into account. The internal temperature is continuously measured during the delivery of the current. The cooling system is switched on if the internal temperature rises above the permissible value.

  • Patent number: 4497879
Abstract: Electrochemical storage cell of the alkali metal and chalcogen type with at least two electric terminals as well as at least one anode chamber and one cathode chamber which are both provided with at least one current collector and are separated from each other by an alkali-ion-conducting solid electrolyte as well as are bounded at least in some areas by a metallic housing. The two electric terminals are integrated in one component and are connected to each other electrically via the alloy of a fusible component if the temperature in the storage cell rises to a value above the operating temperature of the storage cell.
