  • Publication number: 20230353386
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to establishing secure communication between a dialysis machine and medical equipment. In an example, a dialysis machine includes a control unit configured to establish a short-range wireless connection with external medical equipment. The control unit establishes the short-range wireless connection by causing a user interface to display a prompt to enter a passkey associated with medical equipment, using the received passkey to pair with the medical equipment, and creating a new bonding table or writing to an empty bonding table using the passkey. The control unit is also configured to generate a shared key using the passkey and at least one predetermined criterion and use the shared key to authenticate with the medical equipment. When authentication with the medical equipment is successful, the control unit enables data communication using the short-range connection with the medical equipment.

  • Patent number: 11695572
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to establishing secure communication between a dialysis machine and a fluid preparation device. In an example, a dialysis machine includes a control unit configured to establish a short-range wireless connection with an external fluid preparation device. The control unit establishes the short-range wireless connection by causing a user interface to display a prompt to enter a passkey associated with a fluid preparation device, using the received passkey to pair with the fluid preparation device, and creating a new bonding table or write to an empty bonding table using the passkey. The control unit is also configured to generate a shared key using the passkey and at least one predetermined criterion and use the shared key to authenticate with the fluid preparation device. When authentication with the fluid preparation device is successful, the control unit enables data communication using the short-range connection with the fluid preparation device.

  • Patent number: 11343105
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a dialysis machine, external medical equipment and to methods for establishing an authenticated connection between a dialysis machine and external medical equipment. The dialysis machine is caused to establish a short-range wireless connection between the dialysis machine and external medical equipment. A first shared key is associated with the short-range wireless connection. The dialysis machine is further configured to obtain a second shared key generated using the first shared key and to generate a first signature, using the obtained second shared key. The dialysis machine is further configured to send, to the external medical equipment, an authentication request comprising the generated first signature and to receive in return an authentication accept comprising a second signature. Furthermore, the dialysis machine is configured to verify the authenticity of the external medical equipment using the second signature.

  • Patent number: 10265730
Abstract: Vibratory device (1) for compacting machine comprising a shaft (3), at least one eccentric mass (4,5,6) rotatable arranged around the shaft (3) and at least one motor (8) arranged around the shaft (3). The motor (8) is arranged for rotating drive of at least one of the eccentric masses (4,5,6) around the shaft (3). The motor (8) comprise a winding unit (9) connected to, the shaft (3) and a rotor (10) rotatable arranged around the shaft (3) and connected to at least one of the eccentric masses (4,5,6). The rotor (10) is arranged to be actuated by at least one magnetic field to rotation around the shaft (3) and the winding unit (9) is arranged to generate the magnetic fields which actuates the rotor (10) to rotation.
