  • Publication number: 20170268380
Abstract: A cooling device for cooling platforms of a guide vane ring of a gas turbine is arranged downstream inside a main flow channel of a combustion chamber. Cooling air passages are arranged in a wall of the platforms or of an intermediate piece that is connected therewith to guide cooling air for film cooling the surfaces of the platforms. At least in certain areas, the wall is configured with at least two layers having—as viewed from the main flow channel—an outer wall and a spaced apart inner wall forming a hollow space, wherein the hollow space can be impinged by cooling air through at least one cooling air blow-in opening inside the outer wall, and at least one cooling air blow-out opening is arranged inside the inner wall extending in the downstream direction to the surfaces of the platforms.

  • Publication number: 20170138986
Abstract: A measuring device (10) comprising a current sensor (20) and a measuring unit (40) connected to each other by a connection cable (50). The connection cable (50) comprises three pairs of conductors of which a first measurement pair (51) is arranged to transmit a signal representative of the current measured by the sensor (20), a second power supply pair (52) is arranged to power electrically the sensor (20) and the measuring unit (40), and a third communication pair (53) is arranged to transmit at least one complementary signal between the sensor (20) and the measuring unit (40), such as an identification feature of the sensor allows the measuring unit to recognize automatically the sensor and provide an exploitable correlated value of the current measured by the sensor (20).

  • Publication number: 20170097379
Abstract: Equipment (1) for measuring the energy consumption of branches (11-N) of an electrical network (10) which comprises a single voltages measuring device (2) connected upstream of the branches of the network so as to measure the voltages of the network in a centralized manner, and several dedicated current measuring devices (3) connected to each branch of the network so as to measure the currents on the branches of the network. The measuring devices (2, 3) are connected by network cable (6) allowing digital communication of the voltage measurements to the current measuring devices (3), which comprises a processing unit (33) for calculating the energy consumption of the analyzed branch of the network. The voltage and current measurements are performed by sampling, and the sampling frequencies are compared and adjusted automatically so as to synchronize the current samples with the voltage samples.

  • Publication number: 20150357972
Abstract: Method for detecting an electric arc in a photovoltaic installation, which includes measurement (E6) of voltage values at at least one site of the electrical circuit of the photovoltaic installation; digitization (E8) of the measured voltage values so as to form voltage data; formation (E11) of a window of n recent digitized voltage data; computation (E12) of a test value associated with the said window of the n voltage data; analysis (E13) of a test vector comprising m test values associated with m recent windows generating a quantity arising from this analysis representative of a risk of electric arc; comparison (E15) of this quantity arising with at least one threshold so as to deduce therefrom the presence or otherwise of an electric arc within the photovoltaic installation.

  • Patent number: 8299779
Abstract: A device for measuring the intensity of an electric current which has a simple and economical design and offers a high measurement dynamic compatible with combined measurement, protection and energy metering applications. The device (1) is insensitive to parasitic fields and to the position of the electric conductor to be measured, and that can be opened to facilitate placement thereof. The device (1) defines a closed path (C), about a conductor (2) for the circulation of the lines of magnetic field induced by the current to be measured, and the path is formed by two plates (30) having a high magnetic permeability separated by two air gaps (E) closed by two identical and opposed electric coils (4) for supplying a voltage proportional to the derivative of the intensity (I) of the current to be measured. The device (1) reduces the is compact so that it can be easily integrated into any type of electric appliance.

  • Patent number: 7556779
Abstract: The invention is relative to a climatic cabinet with a door, a utilization space, a specimen storage device, an inner transport device and a transfer opening. A buffer specimen storage device and an outer transport device are arranged on the outside in front of the transfer opening. The outer transport device establishes a transport connection between the buffer specimen storage device and the transfer opening by which a specimen can be brought between the buffer specimen storage device and the inner transport device. The invention has the advantage that the dwell time of the blade in an area with outside temperature is restricted to a minimum, as a result of which an ice-free transfer of specimen slides can be carried out even given a high transfer frequency and great differences of temperature and of atmospheric moisture.
