    Abstract: A method for producing an electrode separator composite, which is a component of an electrode separator stack for a battery cell, and which electrode separator composite is formed of at least one electrode layer and at least one separator layer. The method comprises the following steps: a laying process, in which the electrode and separator layers are laid on top of one another; and a joining process, with which an adhesive connection is formed between the electrode and separator layers laid on top of one another. The joining process involves a plasma treatment, in which there is a surface activation of the electrode and/or separator layers using plasma, such that an adhesive connection is provided between the respective joining partners.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a solid-state cell battery having a support film, a separator, a cathode and a continuous collector film. The support film is placed on a work table. A first layer of the continuous collector film is supplied by a roller device. The separator, cathode, and a further separator are arranged in a stacking process to form a cell stack. A second layer of the continuous collector film is supplied via a roller device. The collector film is positioned by a horizontal displacement of the work table and/or by a horizontal displacement of at least one guide roller of the roller device relative to the cell stack, as a result of which a fold is made in the collector film. A system for manufacturing a solid-state cell battery and a solid-state cell battery are also provided.

    Abstract: A monocell and a method for producing a monocell for a battery cell. In this method, a first separator film, an anode film, a second separator film, and a cathode film are stacked in this sequence to form a film layer arrangement and fed to a thermal cutting process. The cutting of the film layer arrangement is accomplished by a thermal cutting method, wherein a first metal coating on the anode film and a second metal coating on the cathode film vaporize in the cut region. The plastic substrate of the anode melts partially and spreads over the cut surface of the first anode layer and electrically insulates the same. The plastic substrate of the cathode melts partially and spreads over the cut surface of the first cathode layer and electrically insulates the same.

The production method has the following steps: (i) providing a fiber composite semifinished product based on polyamide, at least one part of the surface of the semifinished product being made of a polymer composition which contains the following: a) 100 wt. % of a polyamide; and b) 0.5 to 20 wt. % of one or more adhesive additives of the formula (I); (ii) providing a metal main part; (iii) optionally pretreating the surface of the metal main part in order to produce functionalities; (iv) introducing the main metal part and the fiber composite semifinished product into a pressing tool and closing the tool; and (v) bonding the fiber composite semifinished product and the metal main part by means of a compression process under the effect of pressure and temperature.
