  • Publication number: 20220122791
Abstract: A circuit breaker, in particular of a power breaker, having a busbar which is mounted so as to be movable between a closed position and an open position. The busbar, a trip device and a hand lever are coupled by means of the mechanism in such a way that, when the hand lever is moved from the first position into the second position, the busbar is moved from the open position into the closed position. Upon tripping of the trip device, the busbar is moved from the closed position into the open position, and the hand lever is moved from the second position into the first position if it is not blocked. When the hand lever is moved from the second position into the first position, the busbar is moved from the closed position into the open position regardless of whether the busbar is blocked in the closed position.

  • Patent number: 10483072
Abstract: An interrupter device for interrupting a direct current between a direct current source and an electrical device, for example, between a photovoltaic generator and an inverter. The interrupter device has a mechanical switch which has a first fixed contact, a second fixed contact, and a contact bridge that can be moved between a first position and a second position. The contact bridge and the first fixed contact are electrically contacted to a semiconductor switch which blocks a current when the contact bridge is in the first position. A control input of the semiconductor switch is connected to the mechanical switch such that an arc voltage generated as a result of an arc across the switch connects the semiconductor switch so as to conduct a current when the contact bridge is moved into the second position.
