Publication number: 20240083474Abstract: An arrangement including a guide system and a carrier vehicle. The guide system includes a route guide extending along a path for the carrier vehicle. To provide a flexible and rapid material flow in a production, the guide system has vehicle guide elements on the carrier vehicle. The guide system further includes vehicle guide elements on the carrier vehicle. The guide system is configured in such a way that a guide function of the guide system limits the degree of freedom of the translational movability of the carrier vehicle during the interaction of the route guide with the vehicle guide elements apart from a limited movement play to a translational movability along the path. The guide function may be cancelled at least in portions along the path by a movability of the route guide out of a guide position and may be activated by a movability of the route guide into the guide position.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 12, 2023Publication date: March 14, 2024Inventors: Christian Cramer, Philipp Kunze, Martin Streubühr, Klaus Groth

Publication number: 20110139570Abstract: A device is provided for mechanically disengaging an automatically engaged clutch device. The clutch device has a hydraulic or electrical disengaging mechanism. The hydraulic disengaging mechanism has a disengaging lever that can be moved via a hydraulic disengaging cylinder and has a central disengaging bearing. The central disengaging bearing relieves a contact disk mechanically prestressed with a contact pressure upon activation of the hydraulic disengaging cylinder, and releases a clutch disk. An electrical disengaging mechanism works with clutch lamellae, which are released when a solenoid element is excited, and mechanically block a clutch disk with the solenoid element de-energized. An electrically operated hydraulic pump with electrically operated hydraulic valve or an electrically actuated solenoid element with electrically actuated coupling lamellae can automatically disengage an automatically engaged clutch device via the disengaging mechanism during automatic switching processes.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 10, 2010Publication date: June 16, 2011Applicant: GM GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS, INC.Inventor: Christian KUNZE

Publication number: 20110127102Abstract: A two-shaft shift transmission is provided for a vehicle. The two-shaft shift transmission has a drive shaft and an output shaft. Drive gearwheels for forward gears (G1 to G6) and a drive gearwheel for a reverse gear (R) are situated on the drive shaft. Output gearwheels for forward gears (G1 to G6) and an output gearwheel for the reverse gear (R) are situated on the output shaft. Shift elements engage drive gearwheels with output gearwheels in pairs via synchronous clutches. The two-shaft shift transmission has a planetary gearing, which can be engaged via a double clutch with the drive shaft of the two-stage transmission. Each gearwheel pair made of a drive gearwheel and output gearwheel transmits torques of two forward gears (G1 to G6).Type: ApplicationFiled: November 24, 2010Publication date: June 2, 2011Applicant: GM GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS, INC.Inventors: Eckhard KIRCHNER, Christian KUNZE

Publication number: 20110093176Abstract: A method is provided for actuating a hydraulic operated clutch of an automotive gear box for shifting gears, that includes, but is not limited to the steps of collecting data from a CAN-bus system, which includes, but is not limited to data about torque and speed of the gear box particularly of an input shaft and/or of an output shaft, and adjusting the engagement time for engaging the input shaft with the output shaft based on the collected data by adjusting the maximum hydraulic diameter for a working fluid for operating the clutch. By using the information provided by the CAN-bus the exact situation of the transmission system during the shifting of the gears can be estimated. Based on the information provided by the CAN-bus it is possible to allow at mainly every situation a maximum fast coupling without significant impairments with respect to the provided comfort.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 20, 2010Publication date: April 21, 2011Applicant: GM GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS, INC.Inventor: Christian KUNZE
